Abstract
Description

Claims (25)
- 少なくとも1つの壁を有する血液カートリッジ装置であって、
少なくとも1つの測定チャンバと、
入口を備える少なくとも1つの混合チャンバであって、前記入口を通して前記測定チャンバから血液を受け取るように構成された混合チャンバと、
前記測定チャンバから前記混合チャンバへの血液の望ましくない漏出を阻止する、前記血液カートリッジ装置の前記壁における少なくとも1つの漏出バリアと、を備える血液カートリッジ装置。 - 前記漏出バリアが前記混合チャンバ内に位置している、請求項1に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記漏出バリアが、前記血液カートリッジ装置の前記壁におけるくぼみ部を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記漏出バリアが、前記測定チャンバからの漏出血液を、前記漏出血液が前記漏出バリアによって阻止されるようにする前記漏出血液の粘着力に基づいて、阻止するように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記漏出バリアが、オーバーモールド、成形、フォトエッチング、フォトリソグラフィ、レーザ彫刻又は3D印刷のうちの1つを用いて、前記血液カートリッジ装置の前記壁に形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記漏出バリアが、0.1mmの最小深さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記漏出バリアが、前記壁から外向きに延在し、0.1mmの最小高さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記漏出バリアが、0.5mmの最小幅を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記漏出バリアが閾値容量を超える血液を受け取ると、血液の流れが前記漏出バリアを越えて前記混合チャンバに入り1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズと接触するのを可能にするように、前記漏出バリアが、前記混合チャンバの前記入口に対して位置決めされており、前記血液の閾値容量が、前記血液の血液粘度及び表面張力によって決まる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記漏出バリアが、前記入口の真下に位置している、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズが、前記漏出バリアの真下に位置している、請求項9又は10に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズが、ポリブレン、サイトカラシンD、トラネキサム酸又はアプロチニンのうちの1種又は複数種の試薬を含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記混合チャンバが、前記混合チャンバ内で血液の流れを仕向ける、前記血液カートリッジ装置の前記壁から外向きに延在する血液ガイドをさらに備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記血液ガイドが、前記血液の流れを前記混合チャンバ内の所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズに仕向けるように構成されている、請求項13に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズが、塩化カルシウム、ポリブレン、ヘパリナーゼ、サイトカラシンD、トラネキサム酸、組織因子及びエラグ酸/リン脂質のうちの1種又は複数種の試薬を含む、請求項14に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記血液が、前記混合チャンバ内で他の試薬ビーズと接触する前に最初に前記所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズと接触するように、前記血液ガイドが、前記漏出バリアの真下に位置する前記所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズに、前記血液の流れを仕向けるように構成されている、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 少なくとも1つの壁を有する血液カートリッジ装置であって、
少なくとも1つの測定チャンバと、
入口を備える少なくとも1つの混合チャンバであって、前記入口を通して前記測定チャンバから血液を受け取るように構成された混合チャンバと、
前記血液カートリッジ装置の前記少なくとも1つの壁に形成された少なくとも1つの血液ガイドであって、前記混合チャンバ内で血液の流れを仕向けるように構成された血液ガイドと、を備える血液カートリッジ装置。 - 前記血液ガイドが、オーバーモールド、成形、フォトエッチング、フォトリソグラフィ、レーザ彫刻又は3D印刷のうちの1つを用いて形成されている、請求項17に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記血液ガイドが、前記血液カートリッジ装置の前記壁から最小0.5mm上方に高くなっている、請求項17又は18に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記血液ガイドが、0.5mmの最小幅を有する、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの混合チャンバが、1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズをさらに備え、前記血液ガイドが、前記1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズのうちの所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズに前記血液の流れを仕向けるように構成されている、請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズが、塩化カルシウム、ポリブレン、ヘパリナーゼ、サイトカラシンD、トラネキサム酸、組織因子及びエラグ酸/リン脂質のうちの1種又は複数種の試薬を含む、請求項21に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記血液ガイドが、前記混合チャンバの片側に位置する前記所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズに前記血液の流れを仕向けるように構成され、前記所定の1つ又は複数の可溶性試薬ビーズが、ポリブレン、サイトカラシンD、トラネキサム酸又はアプロチニンのうちの1種又は複数種の試薬を含む、請求項21又は22に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記血液ガイドが、前記血液カートリッジ装置の前記壁から外向きに延在する細長い隆起部を含む、請求項17〜23のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
- 前記血液ガイドが、前記血液カートリッジ装置の前記壁におけるくぼみ部を含む、請求項17〜24のいずれか1項に記載の血液カートリッジ装置。
