駆動機構11は、様々な目的に応じて、生体試料保持部2を動かすために用いる。例えば、測定対象として、沈降成分を含有する生体試料Sを用いる場合、生体試料保持部2に保持された生体試料Sにかかる重力の方向を変化させる方向へ生体試料保持部2を動かすことで、沈降成分の沈降により、測定値に影響が生じるのを防ぐことができる。

ステップ1では、予め、試薬Rが保持された生体試料保持部2へ、測定目的の生体試料Sを注入する。生体試料保持部2への試薬Rは、前述した薬剤供給部8によって予め自動的に生体試料保持部2へ注入しておくこともできるし、予め試薬Rが保持されたカートリッジを生体試料保持部2として用いることも可能である。
ステップ2では、生体試料保持部2の所定の位置から生体試料Sおよび/または試薬Rを吸引する。図5に示す例では、吸引を、生体試料保持部2の底部において行っているが、吸引位置はこれに限定されず、生体試料Sの種類、状態などに応じて、予めパラメータを設定しておき、吸引位置の自動制御を行うことも可能である。

- 前記測定部の精度の管理を行う精度管理部を備える請求項1記載の生体試料用インピーダンス測定装置。
- 前記生体試料保持部を動かすための駆動機構を備える請求項1記載の生体試料用インピーダンス測定装置。
- 前記駆動機構は、前記生体試料保持部に保持された前記生体試料にかかる重力の方向を変化させる方向へ前記生体試料保持部を動かす請求項12記載の生体試料用インピーダンス測定装置。
- 前記生体試料保持部の内部の撹拌を行う撹拌機構を備える請求項1記載の生体試料用インピーダンス測定装置。
- 生体試料を保持する一又は複数の生体試料保持部と、
該生体試料保持部に保持された前記生体試料と接触する一対の電極に、交番電圧を印加する印加部と、
該印加手段により前記生体試料に交番電圧が印加されることによって得られる前記生体試料のインピーダンスを測定する測定部と、
前記測定部における測定時間および/または測定周波数を制御する測定条件制御部と、
前記測定部において測定されたインピーダンスのデータを表示する表示部と、
ユーザーが操作するためのユーザーインターフェースと、
を備える生体試料用インピーダンス測定システム。 - 前記測定部において測定されたインピーダンスのデータを記憶する記憶部を備える請求項15記載の生体試料用インピーダンス測定システム。
