Abstract
【解決手段】先ず、測定対象の細胞の形状をモデル化し、その細胞にAC電場が印可されたときの複素誘電率応答を数値解析により求める(ステップS1)。その結果に基づいて、膜キャパシタンスCm及び細胞質導電率κiの値を変化させながら数値計算して、誘電スペクトルを算出する(ステップS2)。算出した誘電スペクトルを誘電緩和式に回帰させて、比誘電率上昇Δε及び緩和時間τを求める(ステップS3)。次に、(Δε,τ)の(Cm,κi)への依存性を求め、測定対象の細胞の形状に応じた回帰式を作成する(ステップS4)。細胞の誘電スペクトルを実測し、その値と回帰式とを比較することで、測定対象の細胞の膜キャパシタンスCm,exp及び細胞質導電率κi,expを求める(ステップS5)。

Description
この細胞の物性値測定方法では、前述した各工程に加えて、更に、前記細胞の誘電スペクトルを測定し、その結果と前記回帰式とを比較することにより、前記細胞の膜キャパシタンスCm,exp及び細胞質導電率κi,expを求める工程を有していてもよい。
また、細胞の形状毎に前記回帰式を作成し、その細胞の形状に応じた回帰式を適用して膜キャパシタンスCm,exp及び細胞質導電率κi,expを求めることもできる。
更に、前記細胞は、例えば非等方的形状であってもよい。
一方、本発明に係る細胞の物性測定装置は、任意の膜キャパシタンスCm及び細胞質導電率κiを設定して数値解析することにより、特定形状の細胞について誘電スペクトルを算出する手段と、前記誘電スペクトルを誘電緩和式に回帰させて、前記細胞の比誘電率上昇Δε及び緩和時間τを求める手段と、前記比誘電率上昇Δε及び緩和時間τに基づいて、前記細胞の形状に応じた回帰式を作成する手段と、を有する。
Claims (5)
- 任意の膜キャパシタンスCm及び細胞質導電率κiを設定して数値解析することにより、特定形状の細胞について誘電スペクトルを算出する工程と、
前記誘電スペクトルを誘電緩和式に回帰させて、前記細胞の比誘電率上昇Δε及び緩和時間τを求める工程と、
前記比誘電率上昇Δε及び緩和時間τに基づいて、前記細胞の形状に応じた回帰式を作成する工程と、
を有する細胞の物性値測定方法。 - 更に、前記細胞の誘電スペクトルを測定し、その結果と前記回帰式とを比較することにより、前記細胞の膜キャパシタンスCm,exp及び細胞質導電率κi,expを求める工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞の物性値測定方法。
- 細胞の形状毎に前記回帰式を作成し、その細胞の形状に応じた回帰式を適用して膜キャパシタンスCm,exp及び細胞質導電率κi,expを求めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞の物性値測定方法。
- 前記細胞は、非等方的形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞の物性値測定方法。
- 任意の膜キャパシタンスCm及び細胞質導電率κiを設定して数値解析することにより、特定形状の細胞について誘電スペクトルを算出する手段と、
前記誘電スペクトルを誘電緩和式に回帰させて、前記細胞の比誘電率上昇Δε及び緩和時間τを求める手段と、
前記比誘電率上昇Δε及び緩和時間τに基づいて、前記細胞の形状に応じた回帰式を作成する手段と、
を有する細胞の物性値測定装置。
