Abstract
Description
ベゼルパターン用カチオン重合性インク組成物(LG−751M、LG化学製)99重量%に、下記表1のように、ジアリールヨードニウム塩の光重合開始剤を1重量%混合した。以後、この組成物を下記表1のように、ガラス瓶または合成樹脂材の容器に一定量の空気が存在するように注入した後、安定性を評価した。容器に前記カチオン重合性インク組成物及び空気を注入する時、相対湿度50%のクリーンルームまたは相対湿度0%のドライルームで行った。
ジアリールヨードニウム塩:オムニキャット440(IGMレジン)、ロードシル2074(ブルースターシリコン社製)、イルガキュア250(BASF社製)、WPI−170(和光社製)
ガラス瓶:定格容量20ccのガラスバイアル試験瓶(広津理化学製)
合成樹脂瓶:定格容量60ccのポリプロピレン材の試験瓶(Nalgene製)
合成樹脂フィルム:定格容量1000ccのポリエチレンテレフタレート/アルミニウム/ナイロン/超低密度ポリエチレン構造からなるポーチバッグ(NITE製)
湿り空気:相対湿度50%の一般空気
乾燥空気:相対湿度0%の乾燥空気
窒素:窒素ガス(純度100%)
ガス注入量は、インク体積に比べて、ガスが占める体積の分率(%)で示した。ガラス瓶及び合成樹脂瓶は、組成物が溢れず、注入することができる最大の体積を全体体積にし、注入された組成物の体積を差し引いたほどを空気の体積で計算した。合成樹脂ポーチは、アルキメデスの原理を用いて、組成物が注入される前のポーチによって水槽から溢れた水の体積と、組成物が注入されたポーチによって水槽から溢れた水の体積と、を比較して、ガス注入量を計算した。
前記実施例1〜実施例5及び比較例1〜比較例4の包装容器に対して、各容器を45に一定に保持されるコンベクションオーブン内で1月〜3月間保管した。

Claims (18)
- ヨードニウム塩光重合開始剤を含むカチオン重合性組成物と空気とが収容されているカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記包装容器は、溶剤、ガス、可視光線及びエネルギー線のうち、1種以上を遮断する遮断層を1層以上含む請求項1に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記包装容器の材質は、合成樹脂、ガラスまたは金属からなる群から選択される1つ以上である請求項1または2に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記遮断層は、アルミニウムポーチフィルムである請求項2に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記包装容器内の空気は、カチオン重合性組成物100体積%を基準に20〜100体積%に含まれる請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記包装容器内の空気は、窒素を含まない請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記カチオン重合性組成物は、ベゼルパターン印刷用である請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記カチオン重合性組成物は、着色剤、エポキシ化合物、オキセタン化合物及びヨードニウム塩光重合開始剤を含み、
前記エポキシ化合物:前記オキセタン化合物の含量の比率が、1:0.5〜1:4である請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。 - 前記オキセタン化合物は、1個のオキセタン環を有するオキセタン化合物及び2個のオキセタン環を有するオキセタン化合物を含む請求項8に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記1個のオキセタン環を有するオキセタン化合物:2個のオキセタン環を有するオキセタン化合物の含量の比率が、1:16〜1:3である請求項9に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記エポキシ化合物の含量は、前記カチオン重合性組成物の総重量に対して5〜60重量%である請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記オキセタン化合物の含量は、前記カチオン重合性組成物の総重量に対して15〜80重量%である請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記ヨードニウム塩光重合開始剤の含量は、前記カチオン重合性組成物の総重量に対して0.5〜15重量%である請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記カチオン重合性組成物は、5〜50℃で30日〜90日経過後の増粘率が200%以下である請求項13に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記着色剤の含量は、前記カチオン重合性組成物の総重量に対して1〜15重量%である請求項8から14のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記カチオン重合性組成物は、250〜450nmの波長範囲の紫外線を吸収して硬化される請求項8から15のいずれか一項に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- 前記カチオン重合性組成物は、360〜410nmの波長範囲の紫外線を吸収して硬化される請求項16に記載のカチオン重合性組成物の包装容器。
- ヨードニウム塩光重合開始剤を含むカチオン重合性組成物と空気とを収容させるカチオン重合性組成物の包装方法。
