Abstract
Description

請求項1の特徴を備えたレーザー溶接接続部を形成する方法は、別個の構成部材、特に電流を通すケーブルのような形態の別個の構成部材を、接合パートナ間に形成された貫通孔内に配置することができる。この場合、貫通孔の領域は、別個の構成部材の周りに溶接接続部を形成した後はシールされて閉じられて、例えばハウジングを形成するために接合パートナを使用する場合には、機能を損なう媒体のハウジング内室への進入を阻止することができるという利点を有している。
Claims (12)
- レーザー溶接接続部を形成する方法であって、2つの接合パートナ(11;11a,12;12a)を、レーザービーム(1)の作用により接合領域(30;30a)で溶接シーム(2)を形成しながら互いに接続させ、一方の接合パートナ(11;11a)は、レーザー照射透過性の材料から成っていて、他方の接合パートナ(12;12a)はレーザー照射吸収性の材料から成っており、前記2つの接合パートナ(11;11a,12;12a)によって、前記接合パートナ(11;11a,12;12a)とは別個の構成部材(13;13a;13b;14)のための収容部(25;25a;25b)を形成する、方法において、
