Claims (7)
- 少なくとも2つの隣り合って配置された端子箱(10)と、隣り合って配置された前記端子箱(10)を解除不可能に接続するための少なくとも1つのストリップ状の接続プロファイル(15)とを有している電気的接続アセンブリ(100)であって、前記接続プロファイル(15)は、隣り合って配置された前記端子箱(10)の上にかけられ、前記接続プロファイル(15)は、レーザー溶接法を用いて、隣り合って配置された前記端子箱(10)に解除不可能に固定されており、
前記接続プロファイル(15)が、レーザー透過性材料から形成されており、
前記端子箱(10)が、前記接続プロファイル(15)を受容するための所定の溶接面(18)を有しており、
前記溶接面(18)が、溶接不可能な周縁領域(21)によって区切られていることを特徴とする電気的接続アセンブリ(100)。 - 前記接続プロファイル(15)が、前記端子箱(10)の短側面(16、17)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的接続アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記溶接面(18)が、少なくとも部分的に、レーザー吸収性材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的接続アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記溶接面(18)が、少なくとも1つの溶融リブ(19)と、前記溶融リブ(19)に隣接して、溶融リセス(20)とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は3に記載の電気的接続アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記溶接面(18)が、前記端子箱(10)の外面(23)に形成されたリセス(22)内に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記接続プロファイル(15)が、グリップ領域(24)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続アセンブリ(100)。
- 隣り合って配置された前記端子箱(10)が、案内ドーム(25)及び案内開口部(26)を用いて互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続アセンブリ(100)。
