Abstract
Description
状の3つの薄肉のタングステン捩り体(tungsten torsion)の使用によって固定されており、互いに対して120°の角度で陰極の外側面上において対応する孔に取り付けられている(図5)。
8〜10mmの陰極の直径の場合には三角形
10〜14mmの陰極の直径の場合には三角形または四角形
14〜16mmの陰極の直径の場合には四角形
16〜18mmの陰極の直径の場合には五角形
18mm以上の陰極の直径の場合には六角形
1.リング状の形にされたホルダによる陰極の固定
2.3つの別個の捩り体による陰極の固定
3.開示された正三角形状のホルダによる陰極の固定
Claims (2)
- 1次陰極、2次陰極、加速陽極、ビームガイド、集束コイル、偏向装置、電源装置、真空装置を備える同軸型電子銃であって、
前記同軸型銃の前記電子ビーム軸に対する前記2次陰極の安定位置を維持するために使用され、前記陰極の円筒状の側面上のリング溝に載置される平面正三角形、四角形、五角形、または六角形の形態の多結晶タングステンワイヤから作製された所定形状のホルダを特徴とする、同軸型電子銃。 - 前記2次陰極の電子衝撃に対して、前記陰極間のイオン−プラズマ放電をそれらの始動時に抑制することを保証するパルス電圧が、前記2次陰極と前記1次陰極との間に印加される、請求項1記載の同軸型電子銃。
