Claims (18)
- 弁尖クリップ装置であって、
第1の終端部分および第2の終端部分を有する細長いクリッピング部材と、
前記クリッピング部材に結合された張力付与機構と、
前記クリッピング部材の内腔内に配設された1つまたは複数の張力付与部材であって、前記クリッピング部材を送達構成から留置構成に変換するために、前記張力付与機構に動作可能に接続された、1つまたは複数の張力付与部材と
を備える、弁尖クリップ装置。 - 前記クリッピング部材の前記内腔内に配設された保持機構をさらに備え、前記保持機構が、前記クリッピング部材の形状を前記留置構成で保持する、請求項1に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記クリッピング部材が、形状記憶材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記張力付与機構が、前記第1の終端部分および前記第2の終端部分に対して中央に前記クリッピング部材に結合される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の張力付与部材が、
それの遠位端部分で前記クリッピング部材の前記第1の終端部分に固定された第1の張力付与部材であって、前記第1の張力付与部材の近位端部分で前記張力付与機構に動作可能に接続された、第1の張力付与部材と、
それの遠位端部分で前記クリッピング部材の前記第2の終端部分に固定された第2の張力付与部材であって、前記第2の張力付与部材の近位端部分で前記張力付与機構に動作可能に接続された、第2の張力付与部材と、
を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。 - 前記張力付与機構の少なくとも一部分の回転が、前記1つまたは複数の張力付与部材の張力付与を引き起こす、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記留置構成が、前記クリッピング部材の2つの脚部分の間に画定される一次クリッピング領域を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記張力付与機構が、前記クリッピング部材を前記留置構成で保持するように構成された保持機構を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の張力付与部材が、前記張力付与機構の一部分を通って延びる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の張力付与部材が、一端を前記張力付与機構の一部分に固定される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 弁尖クリップ装置であって、
内腔および2つの脚部分を有する管状本体を備えるクリッピング部材であって、略直線状の送達構成と、前記脚部分の間で弁尖のペアを捕らえるために前記脚部分が互いに引き寄せられる留置構成との間で変換可能である、クリッピング部材と、
前記クリッピング部材を前記送達構成から前記留置構成に変換するように構成された張力付与機構と
を備える、弁尖クリップ装置。 - 前記クリッピング部材の前記内腔内に配設された1つまたは複数のコードをさらに備え、前記1つまたは複数のコードが、前記クリッピング部材を前記送達構成から前記留置構成に変換するために、前記張力付与機構に動作可能に接続される、請求項11に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記張力付与機構の少なくとも一部分の回転が、前記1つまたは複数のコードの張力付与を引き起こし、それが前記クリッピング部材を前記送達構成から前記留置構成に変換させる、請求項12に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記張力付与機構が、ねじおよびナットを備え、前記ねじの回転により前記ナットを前記ねじに沿って軸方向に移動させ、前記1つまたは複数のコードに張力を加えるように、前記1つまたは複数のコードが前記ナットに接続される、請求項12または13に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記クリッピング部材の前記内腔内に配設された保持機構をさらに備え、前記保持機構が、前記クリッピング部材を前記留置構成で保持する、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記管状本体が、前記管状本体の長さに沿って軸方向に間隔を開けた円周溝を有する金属管を含む、請求項11から15のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記留置構成の前記クリッピング部材が、ギリシャ文字オメガの形状を有する、請求項11から16のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
- 前記クリッピング部材が前記留置構成であるとき、前記弁尖の前記ペアを捕らえるためのクリッピング領域を定めるために、前記脚部分が、前記管状本体の中間部分のそれぞれの端部から互いに向かって延び、前記脚部分が、前記クリッピング領域から離れる方向に移動しながら互いから離れて延びる、請求項11から17のいずれか一項に記載の弁尖クリップ装置。
