Abstract

前記コーティングの自己修復特性及びフィルムの弾性特性は、該保護フィルムが、コーティング単独またはフィルム単独ではいずれの場合も達成しない耐摩耗性を示すように相乗的に働く、複合フィルム。好ましい実施形態の一つでは、該コーティング調合物は、少なくとも36%の重量割合でウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを含む。
Description

−ポリマーフィルム層が、室温において2.0〜4.0N/mm2、好ましくは2.0〜3N/mm2、特に2.0〜2.5N/mm2の表面硬度(HM0.300/20.0/5.0)、及び表面硬度測定の後に、300nN/20sの脱負荷速度を用いて75%超の弾性回復性を有する、
複合フィルムを用いて解消される。

光沢測定を含む落粒試験
この試験は、衝撃負荷下での耐摩耗性を決定するものであり、これは、例えば表面保護フィルムの砕石保護作用に関係がある。その検査は、23℃及び50%相対湿度で行う。
この場合は、DIN EN ISO1518−1に準拠して、コーティング表面を規定のように引っ掻く。硬度試験ロッド(エリクセン社の硬度試験ペンシルモデル318S)を用いて、彫り込み用先端(Gravierspitze)1号(0.75mm)及び2号(1mm先端半径)を使用して5Nの押圧力で、黒色の金属板上に接着したサンプルのコーティング表面を引っ掻く。掻き傷の深さ及びそれの回復挙動を定量的に評価する。復元挙動は、表面保護フィルムの自己修復可能性の目安でもある。
表面硬度の測定は、ヘルムート・フィッシャーGmbH&Co.KG製のFischerScope HCUで、23℃の温度及び50%の相対湿度で行う。マルテンス硬さ(HM)をN/mm2で最大試験力において決定する。マルテンス硬さ(2003年まではユニバーサル硬さ)は、最大力とそれに属する接触面との比率として定義される。試験体としては、ダイアモンドでできたビッカーズーピラミッドを使用する。圧子の形状修正は、標準設定では考慮しない。
ショア−Aによる硬度測定は、DIN ISO 7619−1に準拠してデュロメータを用いて行う。この測定は、200μmの最小厚を有するフィルムのみについて行う。このフィルムは、測定のために、最大60μm厚の両面接着テープを用いて剛性の下地上に気泡がないように貼付してある。試験は、23℃及び50%相対湿度において3秒間の試験期間で行う。5回の測定からの平均値を示す。
曲げ試験は、硬質コーティングの場合に、このコーティングの裂けまたは剥離を招き得る規定の半径についての屈曲試験である。この場合、接着剤側(接着剤の厚さ 60μm)が50μm厚のシリコーンライナーで覆われたサンプルを指で曲げ/折り(180℃)、その後、覆いを取り除き、そしてサンプルを視覚試験のために黒色の金属板上に貼付する。すなわち、曲げ半径は、接着剤の厚さ及びライナーの厚さを加えたポリマーフィルム層の厚さに相当する。生じた折り目は、裂け、割れまたは剥がれについて非常に良好に監視することができる。
このためには、表面保護フィルムのサンプルを白色の下地(タイル)上に接着し、そして室温で約50cmの距離から太陽光ランプ(Osram 300W ULTRA−VITALUX,30°−反射光線角度、13.6W UV−A,3W UV−B)を用いて照射する。黄変度b*、及び初期値からのそれの変化Δb*(DIN5033に従うL*a*b*色空間から判断する)を、特定の貯蔵時間(通常2週間)後に、BYKカードナー社のスペクトロガイド(球d/8スピン)を用いて10°の観察角で標準光線種D65を用いてスペクトル法に従い測定する。
層厚は、走査電子顕微鏡(REM)で決定する。この際、試料は液状窒素下に切断する。横断面から、概観写真及び詳細写真を作成する。保護コーティング層の厚さは、ポリマーフィルム層上で測定する。
数平均分子量Mn及び重量平均分子量Mwの分子量決定は、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィ(GPC)を用いて行った。溶離液としては、トリフルオロ酢酸を0.1体積%含むTHF(テトラヒドロフラン)を用いた。測定は25℃で行った。プレカラムとして、PSS−SDV、5μ、103Å、ID8.0mm×50mmを使用した。分離にはカラムPSS−SDV、5μ、103並びに105及び106、それぞれID8.0mm×300mmを用いた。試料濃度は4g/lであり、貫流量は1分当たり1.0mlであった。ポリスチレン標準に対して測定した。

上記原料から、以下のコーティングを製造した。
成分を十分に混合した後、トップコートをドクターブレードを用いてKPMF(カイ・プレミアム・マーケッティング・フィルム・リミテッド、ニューポート)製のポリマーフィルムK82250上に塗布する。塗布は、ワイヤードクターブレード(メーヤーバー)を用いて行った。塗布後、コーティング層を、デュポン社の50mm厚のポリエステルフィルム(Melinex 401)で気泡が生じないようにして被覆した。

ことを特徴とする複合フィルム。 - 前記調合物が、正確に二つの(メタ)アクリレート官能基を含む少なくとも一種の化合物を含み、及び二つ超の(メタ)アクリレート官能基を含む化合物は含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記コーティング調合物が、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを、好ましくは(メタ)アクリレート−もしくはビニル官能基を有する化合物の全量の少なくとも36%、特に少なくとも45重量%の重量割合で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の複合フィルム。
- 少なくとも二つの(メタ)アクリレート官能基を有する前記化合物が、(メタ)アクリレート−もしくはビニル官能基を有する化合物の全量の30重量%超、特に45重量%超の重量割合で該コーティング調合物中に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記コーティング調合物が、少なくとも二つの(メタ)アクリレート官能基を含む少なくとも一種の化合物、及び一つの(メタ)アクリレート官能基を含む少なくとも一種の他の化合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記コーティング調合物が化合物として排他的にモノマーを含み、ここでこれらのモノマーのうちの少なくとも一つが多官能性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 一つの(メタ)アクリレート官能基または複数の(メタ)アクリレート官能基を含む前記化合物の製造のために、次式(I)の(メタ)アクリレートモノマーが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。

式中、R1はHまたはCH3を表し、そしてR2は、H、または炭素原子数1〜30の線状、分枝状もしくは環状で飽和または不飽和のアルキル残基を表す。 - アクリレートコーティング層の形成のためのコーティング調合物が、モルホリン基及びビニル基、好ましくはモルホリン基及び1−オキソプロペニル基を有する化合物、特に4−(1−オキソ−2−プロペニル)モルホリンを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 上記コーティング調合物が、ナノ粒子、特に無機酸化物の形のナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記アクリレートコーティング層が、0.5〜30μm、好ましくは0.5〜12μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 上記ポリマーフィルム層が、ポリビニルクロライド、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンのコポリマー、好ましくはエチレン−ビニルアセテート、エチレン−アクリレート、エチレン−メタクリレート、アイオノマー、フルオロポリマー、スチレンブロックコポリマー及びポリウレタンからなる群から選択される化合物からなるフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムが、ポリカプロラクトンベースの熱可塑性ポリウレタンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記接着層が、少なくとも一種の感圧接着物質を含む感圧接着剤層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 上記層のうちの少なくとも一つが着色剤を含むかまたは着色剤が更に別の層中に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- コーティングベースが、反応性成分として排他的にモノマーを含み、ここで、これらのモノマーのうちの少なくとも一つが少なくとも二つの(メタ)アクリレート官能基を有すること、及びコーティング層厚が2μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルム。
- 表面保護フィルムとしてのまたは装飾用フィルムとしての、請求項1〜15のいずれか一つに記載の複合フィルムの使用。
