Claims (10)
- 板バネ(2)とこの板バネ(2)を車両ボディに結合するために使用される結合装置(9)を有し、結合装置(9)がボルト(10)を備える、ホイールサスペンションの板バネアッセンブリ(1)用の軸受装置(7;8)において、
板バネ(2)が、繊維複合材料から製造され、切欠き(11)によって横に貫通され、この切り欠きを経てボルト(10)が案内されていること、を特徴とする軸受装置(7;8)。 - ボルト(10)が、板バネ(2)に対して両側に位置する締付け装置(13,14;25,26)を収容し、この締付け装置が、ボルト(10)上で互いに向かって、従って間に位置する板バネ(2)に対して予締付けされていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置(7;8)。
- 締付け装置(13,14;25,26)が、それぞれ、それぞれ1つの締付けスリーブ(15,16;27,28;31)を有すること、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸受装置(7;8)。
- 締付けスリーブ(27,28)が、それぞれ、板バネ(2)の側にそれぞれ1つの円錐形及び/又は円筒形の拡大部(29,30)を備えており、この拡大部によって、それぞれの締付けスリーブ(27,28)が、板バネ(2)に対して予締付けされていること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸受装置(7;8)。
- 板バネ(2)とそれぞれの締付け装置(13,14)のそれぞれの締付けスリーブ(15,16)との間に、それぞれの締付けスリーブ(15,16)を介して板バネ(2)に対して締め付けられたそれぞれ1つの当接要素(17,18)が設けられていること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸受装置(7;8)。
- 当接要素(17,18)が、クランプ状の突起(21,22)を備え、これら突起によって、当接要素が、板バネ(2)を、それぞれの締付け装置(13,14)の側から把持すること、を特徴とする請求項5に記載の軸受装置(7;8)。
- 結合装置(9)が、ゴム軸受(32)を有し、これらゴム軸受を介して、車両ボディに対する結合部が形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置(7;8)。
- ゴム軸受(32)が、それぞれ、それぞれの締付けスリーブ(31)上に位置決めされていること、を特徴とする請求項3及び7に記載の軸受装置(7;8)。
- 締付け装置(13,14;25,26)の予締付けが、ネジ止め部を介して実現されていること、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸受装置(7;8)。
- 板バネ(2)を有し、この板バネが、車両ボディの側を、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項又は複数項に記載の少なくとも1つの軸受装置(7,8)を介して結合されていること、を特徴とする車両のホイールサスペンション用の板バネアッセンブリ(1)。
