Claims (13)
- 車両フレーム及び/又は補助フレーム(2;2a)を有し、この車両フレーム及び/又は補助フレームが、走行方向(F)に対して横及び/又は走行方向(F)に沿って位置する接触面(10;10a)を、別の構造ユニット(6;7;8;12)に対する結合面として備え、これら別の構造ユニットが、接触面(10;10a)を貫通する結合手段(11)を介して結合されている、自動車において、
それぞれの結合手段(11)の軸(13)が、結合手段によって貫通される接触面(10;10a)を、90°とは異なる角度(α)で通過すること、及び、結合手段(11)が、平面図で、車両長手方向軸(14)及び車両横方向軸(15)に対して角度付けされて位置すること、を特徴とする自動車。 - 結合手段(11)のそれぞれの軸(13)が、結合手段によって貫通される接触面(10;10a)を、接触面(10;10a)内に位置するベクトルに対して30°〜60°の角度(α)で通過すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車(1)。
- 結合手段(11)のそれぞれの軸(13)が、結合手段によって貫通される接触面(10;10a)を、接触面(10;10a)内に位置するベクトルに対して約45度の角度で通過すること、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動車(1)。
- 結合手段(11)が、ナットで固定されるネジによって構成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の自動車(1)。
- 結合手段(11)が、共通の水平面内で、それぞれ対で及び互いに角度付けされて配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の自動車(1)。
- 結合手段(11)が、約90°互いに角度付けされて配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動車(1)。
- 構造ユニット(6;7;8;12)が、サイドメンバ(3)に結合されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の自動車(1)。
- 結合された構造ユニット(8)が、サイドメンバ(3)に結合されたクロスメンバ(4)によって構成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の自動車(1)。
- 結合された構造ユニット(6;7)が、アクスル(5)、サスペンションユニット(12)又はそれ以外のシャーシ部材を保持するための垂直成分を有する、サイドメンバ(3)に結合されたキャリヤ(6a;7a)を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の自動車(1)。
- 結合された構造ユニット(2a)が、空気バネベローズ(12)のホルダを構成するか有すること、を特徴とする請求項9に記載の自動車(1)。
- それぞれの構造ユニット(6;7)を結合するために、結合手段(11)が、構造ユニット(6;7)、サイドメンバ(3)及びクロスメンバ(4)に貫入し、これらを互いに結合すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の自動車(1)。
- それぞれ結合された構造ユニット(6;7;8)が、結合手段(11)用の挿入チャネルと、このチャネルの軸に対して直角に位置する、結合手段(11)の頭部又は輪郭付き成分用のアバットメント(9)を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の自動車(1)。
- アバットメント(9)が、構造ユニット(6;7;8)に統合されていること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の自動車(1)。
