次に、短絡部130は、上述した比較器122の超過可否の判断結果に応じてヒューズ4を短絡させる役割をし、発熱制御信号を介してヒューズを溶断させることができるため、シグナルヒューズ(Signal Fuse)とも称される。

Claims (11)
- 抵抗体に通電される電流の電圧値を算出し、前記電圧値が臨界値を超過するか否かを判断する検電器、及び
前記検電器の判断結果に応じて、回路上のヒューズを短絡させる短絡部を含み、
前記ヒューズが短絡されることによって、前記抵抗体と連結されたMOSFETリレーに通電される電流が遮断されることを特徴とするMOSFETリレー保護装置。 - 前記検電器は、
前記電圧値を増幅して増幅電圧値を出力する演算増幅器、及び
前記増幅電圧値が既に設定された臨界増幅電圧値を超過するか否かを判断する比較器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMOSFETリレー保護装置。 - 前記短絡部は、
前記検電器から発熱制御信号の印加を受ける制御器、及び
前記ヒューズと連結され、前記制御器から印加される発熱信号によって発熱する発熱体を含み、
前記発熱体が発熱することによって前記ヒューズが短絡されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のMOSFETリレー保護装置。 - 前記比較器の判断結果、前記増幅電圧値が前記臨界増幅電圧値を超過する場合、
前記検電器は前記制御器に発熱制御信号を印加し、前記発熱制御信号によって前記制御器は前記発熱体を発熱させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のMOSFETリレー保護装置。 - 前記制御器は電界効果トランジスタであり、
前記発熱体はPTCを含む発熱抵抗であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のMOSFETリレー保護装置。 - 前記抵抗体はシャント抵抗であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMOSFETリレー保護装置。
- 前記短絡部はシグナルヒューズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMOSFETリレー保護装置。
- 検電器を介して、抵抗体に通電される電流の電圧値を算出し、前記電圧値が臨界値を超過するか否かを判断するステップ、及び
前記検電器の判断結果に応じて、短絡部において回路上のヒューズを短絡させるステップを含むことを特徴とするMOSFETリレー保護方法。 - 前記超過するか否かを判断するステップは、
前記抵抗体に通電される電流の電流値を測定するステップ、
前記電流値及び前記抵抗体の抵抗値に基づいて電流の電圧値を算出するステップ、
演算増幅器を介して、前記電圧値を増幅電圧値に増幅するステップ、及び
比較器を介して、前記増幅電圧値が既に設定された臨界増幅電圧値を超過するか否かを判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のMOSFETリレー保護方法。 - 前記ヒューズを短絡させるステップは、
前記検電器から前記短絡部に発熱制御信号を印加するステップ、
前記短絡部内に含まれた制御器が発熱体を発熱させるステップ、及び
前記発熱体が発熱することによって前記ヒューズが短絡されるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のMOSFETリレー保護方法。 - 前記既に設定された臨界増幅電圧値を超過するか否かを判断するステップは、
500アンペア〜1000アンペアの電流値に該当する臨界電流範囲に基づいて臨界増幅電圧値を設定するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のMOSFETリレー保護方法。
