Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 배터리 메인 회로에 구비된 모스펫(MOSFET) 릴레이의 통전 전류값을 검전기(voltage detector)를 통해 검출 전압값을 산출하고, 산출된 전압값이 기 설정된 임계값을 초과하는 경우 시그널 퓨즈(signal fuse)를 동작시킴으로써 모스펫 릴레이로 인가되는 전류를 사전 차단하여 모스펫 릴레이를 소손으로부터 보호할 수 있는 검전기 및 시그널 퓨즈를 이용한 모스펫 릴레이 보호 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
