Claims (20)
- 運転者のブレーキ入力を受けるように動作可能な入力ロッドと、
前記運転者のブレーキ入力を倍力するように動作可能な倍力装置と、
マスタシリンダと、
前記マスタシリンダの代わりに、前記運転者のブレーキ入力に応答して、ブレーキをかけるために、加圧された流体を供給するように動作可能なポンプと、
主室を画定する流体リザーバを備え、ここで当該流体リザーバは、前記マスタシリンダに供給するように流体連通する第1および第2排出ポートと、前記ポンプに供給するように流体連通する第3排出ポートとを有しており、前記第1、第2および第3のそれぞれの排出ポートは前記流体リザーバの底壁に設けられ、
前記流体リザーバは、前記主室内に副室を含んでおり、当該副室は前記第3排出ポートを覆い、さらに前記副室の最も先端にて前記主室に開口を画定する一体型パワーブレーキユニット。 - 前記倍力装置は電気機械倍力装置である請求項1に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記第3排出ポートは前記第1および第2排出ポートの後方に配置される請求項1に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記第3排出ポートは前後に測定されたリザーバ長さの後ろ1/3に配置される請求項1に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記第3排出ポートは前後に測定されたリザーバ長さの後ろ1/5に配置される請求項1に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記流体リザーバはレベルセンサ副室を含み、囲まれたチャンネルの前記開口は前記レベルセンサ副室に連通する請求項1に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記副室は前方ステム部および後方主部から形成され、当該後方主部は前記副室の容積の大部分を画定し、かつ前記第3排出ポートを直接的に囲み、さらに前記流体リザーバの前記主室への前記開口は前記前方ステム部に画定される請求項1に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記副室内において、前記底壁は、前記前方ステム部から前記副室の前記後方主部に下方に向かって順次下っていく請求項7に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記副室は前記底壁から延在する複数の直立壁と、当該直立壁に密閉して嵌め込まれるカバーとを含み、前記流体リザーバの前記主室への前記開口は前記カバー内に画定される請求項7に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記流体リザーバの前記主室への前記開口は、前記カバーの下方に向かって勾配された部分に画定される請求項9に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記副室は前記底壁から上方に向かって延在するように前記底壁に一体形成される複数の直立壁と、当該複数の直立壁に密閉して嵌め込まれるカバーとを含む請求項1に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 前記副室は、前記第1および第2排出ポートのいずれをも囲まない請求項1に記載の一体型パワーブレーキユニット。
- 車両用のブレーキ流体リザーバであって、
一つ以上の車両ブレーキ回路用のブレーキ液のある量を収容する主室を画定する外殻と、
周囲環境から前記主室を閉鎖するように前記外殻の上壁の開口に装着される蓋と、
前記外殻の底壁に設けられる排出ポートと、
前記主室内に画定され、かつ前記排出ポートを直接的に囲む、取り囲まれた副室とを備え、
前記副室と前記主室との間の開口は、前記主室の流体量が前記開口をカバーするが前記排出ポートをカバーしない状態において前記排出ポートを直接囲む前記副室と前記主室との間の流体連通を乱さないで維持するように、前記排出ポートの前方に離間される、車両用のブレーキ液リザーバ。 - 前記排出ポートは前後に測定されたリザーバ長さの後ろ1/3に配置される請求項13に記載のブレーキ液リザーバ。
- 前記排出ポートは前後に測定されたリザーバ長さの後ろ1/5に配置される請求項13に記載のブレーキ液リザーバ。
- 前記副室は前方ステム部および後方主部から形成され、当該後方主部は前記副室の容積の大部分を画定し、かつ前記排出ポートを直接的に囲み、さらに前記流体リザーバの前記主室への前記開口は前記前方ステム部に画定される請求項13に記載のブレーキ液リザーバ。
- 前記副室内において、前記底壁は、前記前方ステム部から前記副室の前記後方主部に下方に向かって順次下っていく請求項16に記載のブレーキ液リザーバ。
- 前記副室は前記底壁から延在する複数の直立壁と、当該複数の直立壁に密閉して嵌め込まれるカバーとを含み、前記流体リザーバの前記主室への前記開口は前記カバー内に画定される請求項16に記載のブレーキ液リザーバ。
- 前記流体リザーバの前記主室への前記開口は、前記カバーの下方に向かって勾配された部分に画定される請求項18に記載のブレーキ液リザーバ。
- 前記副室は前記底壁から上方に向かって延在するように前記底壁に一体形成される複数の直立壁と、当該複数の直立壁に密閉して嵌め込まれるカバーとを含む請求項13に記載のブレーキ液リザーバ。
