Abstract
本発明の一実施形態による助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法は、繊維強化複合素材を生地状に準備する素材準備段階、及び繊維強化複合素材をプレス成形して助手席エアバッグのハウジングを製作するプレス成形段階を含む。

Claims (17)
- 繊維強化複合素材を生地状に準備する素材準備段階;及び、
前記繊維強化複合素材をプレス成形して助手席エアバッグのハウジングを製作するプレス成形段階;を含む助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記繊維強化複合素材は、
CFT(Continuous Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)、LFT(Long Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)、SFT(Short Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)のいずれかである、請求項1に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記繊維強化複合素材は、
ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、天然繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリアミド繊維、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの強化用繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記繊維強化複合素材は、
ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルファイド樹脂、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの熱可塑性樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 第1、2の繊維強化複合素材を生地状に準備する素材準備段階;及び、
前記第1、2の繊維強化複合素材をクロスプライ(cross ply)した後、プレス成形して助手席エアバッグのハウジングを製作するプレス成形段階;を含む助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記プレス成形段階において、
前記第1、2の繊維強化複合素材をクロスプライするとき、
前記第1、2の繊維強化複合素材のいずれかは、前記ハウジングの長さ方 向に配置されて、残り1つは、前記ハウジングの幅方向に配置される、請求項5に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記第1、2の繊維強化複合素材は、
前記ハウジングの長さ方向両端を除いた中央領域で重なった形態で相互に積層される、請求項6に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記第1、2の繊維強化複合素材は、
CFT(Continuous Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)、LFT(Long Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)、SFT(Short Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)のいずれかである、請求項5に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記第1、2の繊維強化複合素材それぞれは、
ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、天然繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリアミド繊維、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの強化用繊維を含む、請求項5に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記第1、2の繊維強化複合素材それぞれは、
ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルファイド樹脂、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの熱可塑性樹脂を含む、請求項5に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 単一の繊維強化複合素材を生地状に準備する素材準備段階;及び、
前記単一の繊維強化複合素材を深絞り(deep drawing)でプレス成形して助手席エアバッグのハウジングを製作するプレス成形段階;を含む助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記単一の繊維強化複合素材は、
前記ハウジングの展開形状よりさらに広い面積を有するように提供される、請求項11に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記単一の繊維強化複合素材は、
CFT(Continuous Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)、LFT(Long Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)、SFT(Short Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)のいずれかである、請求項11に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記単一の繊維強化複合素材は、
ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、天然繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリアミド繊維、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの強化用繊維を含む、請求項11に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 前記素材準備段階において、
前記単一の繊維強化複合素材は、
ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルファイド樹脂、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの熱可塑性樹脂を含む、請求項11に記載の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項15のいずれか一項の助手席エアバッグのハウジング製造方法によって製造された助手席エアバッグのハウジング。
- 請求項16の助手席エアバッグのハウジングを含む車両用助手席エアバッグ。
