Claims (14)
- クラッシュパッドコアとこのクラッシュパッドコアの中央部にエアバッグクッションを収納するための空間を持って一体的に形成されたエアバッグハウジングとからなる本体;及び
前記エアバッグハウジングの空間を開閉するように前記本体と一体的に射出成形され、金型からの取出方向と一致するように立てられてエアバッグハウジングを開放した形態に成形されたエアバッグドア;
を含んでなることを特徴とする、車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッド。 - 前記エアバッグドアの一端には前記本体との連結のためのヒンジ部が設けられ、前記ヒンジ部は、ヒンジ部の成形のためのエアバッグドア樹脂が前記本体の成形のための本体樹脂が注入された金型の本体用キャビティに浸透して前記本体と一体的に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッド。
- 前記ヒンジ部は、クラッシュパッドコアに浸透した形態に一体的に成形された第1ヒンジ部と、エアバッグハウジングに浸透した形態に一体的に成形された第2ヒンジ部とからなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッド。
- 前記エアバッグドア樹脂は前記本体樹脂より所定の設定時間だけ引き延ばされて射出されることにより、前記本体樹脂が注入された状態の本体用キャビティに浸透してヒンジ部を形成することになることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッド。
- 前記エアバッグドアの他端には、クラッシュパッドコアとエアバッグハウジングが一体的に連結された部位に加圧式で組み立てられて固定可能な係止構造が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッド。
- 前記エアバッグドア樹脂としてはTPO(Thermo Plastic Olefin)材を使い、前記本体樹脂としてはPP(polypropylene)とGF(glass fiber)の複合材を使い、エアバッグドアと本体が二重射出で同時に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッド。
- 前記クラッシュパッドコアとエアバッグドアの外側表面には、スキン層とスキン層内表面の発泡層とからなるスキンフォームが付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッド。
- クラッシュパッドコア及びエアバッグハウジングからなる本体とエアバッグドアを一体的に射出成形するにあたり、金型からの取出方向と一致するように立てられてエアバッグハウジングを開放した形態のエアバッグドアを射出成形することができる金型を用意する第1過程;及び
前記金型の本体用キャビティとエアバッグドア用キャビティにそれぞれ本体樹脂とエアバッグドア樹脂を注入して本体とエアバッグドアを一体的に同時に成形する第2過程;
を含むことを特徴とする、車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッドの製造方法。 - 前記第1過程で用意した金型は、上部金型と下部金型が閉じられることによって本体用キャビティが形成され、前記上部金型の下部に、エアバッグドア用キャビティに密着する第1上部スライドコアと、前記エアバッグドア用キャビティから離隔した位置で本体用キャビティに密着する第2上部スライドコアとが設けられ、前記エアバッグドア用キャビティの一端が本体用キャビティに一体的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッドの製造方法。
- 前記第2過程は、エアバッグドアの一端に形成されるヒンジ部の成形のために、前記本体樹脂が注入された金型の本体用キャビティに前記エアバッグドア樹脂が浸透して前記本体と一体的に前記ヒンジ部を成形することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッドの製造方法。
- 前記第2過程は、前記エアバッグドア樹脂を前記本体樹脂より所定の設定時間だけ引き延ばして射出することにより、前記本体樹脂が注入された状態の本体用キャビティに浸透してエアバッグドアのヒンジ部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッドの製造方法。
- 前記ヒンジ部は、クラッシュパッドコアに浸透した形態に一体的に成形された第1ヒンジ部と、エアバッグハウジングに浸透した形態に一体的に成形された第2ヒンジ部とからなることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッドの製造方法。
- 前記エアバッグドアの他端には、クラッシュパッドコアとエアバッグハウジングが一体的に連結された部位に加圧式で組み立てられて固定可能な係止構造が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッドの製造方法。
- 前記エアバッグドア樹脂としてはTPO(Thermo Plastic Olefin)材を使い、前記本体樹脂としてはPP(polypropylene)とGF(glass fiber)の複合材を使い、二重射出でエアバッグドアと本体を同時に成形することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の車両のエアバッグドア及びハウジング一体型クラッシュパッドの製造方法。
