Claims (10)
- 水蒸気透過膜(38)と、水を分離するための分離器要素(48、49)とを備え、膜(38)が、第1の側(40)において第1の湿ったガス流れのための第1のチャネル(41)と接触し、第2の側(42)において加湿される第2の乾燥したガス流れのための第2のチャネル(43)と接触し、複数の別々の分離器要素(48、49)が、膜(38)の第1の側(40)に配置されていることを特徴とする、特に燃料電池(11)用のプロセスガスを加湿するための加湿器(37)。
- 分離器要素(48)のうちの少なくとも一部が、膜(38)と接触して液体体積を受けるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加湿器(37)。
- 分離器要素(48、49)を支持する複数の流れウェブ(47)が、膜(38)の第1の側(40)に配置され、流れウェブ(47)は、膜(38)の第2の側(42)に配置することもでき、第1の側(40)の流れウェブ(47)に相当するように配置することができることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加湿器(37)。
- 流れウェブ(47)のうちの少なくとも一部が、分離器要素として設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の加湿器(37)。
- 加湿器(37)は、プレート加湿器であり、分離器要素(48、49)は、膜(38)を支持するように設計できることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の加湿器(37)。
- 第1のチャネル(40)、第2のチャネル(43)および膜(38)の複数の層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の加湿器(37)。
- 加湿器(37)は、分離された水を収集するための収集容器(46)であって、第1のチャネルに接続された収集容器(46)を備え、収集容器(46)は、分離された液体水用の排水口を供え、この排水口は、溢流出口および/または制御可能な排水弁として設計できることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の加湿器(37)。
- 第1の側(40)の膜(38)には、部分的に多孔質被覆(50)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の加湿器(37)。
- 燃料電池スタック(10)と、
アノード作動媒体を燃料電池スタック(10)に供給するためのアノード供給経路(21)を有しかつ燃料電池スタック(10)からアノード排気ガスを排出するためのアノード排気ガス経路(22)を有するアノード供給ユニット(20)と、
カソード作動媒体を燃料電池スタック(10)に供給するためのカソード供給経路(31)および燃料電池スタック(10)からカソード排気ガスを排出するためのカソード排気ガス経路(32)を有するカソード供給ユニット(30)と、
請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の加湿器(37)であって、アノード供給ユニット(20)および/またはカソード供給ユニット(30)内に配置される、加湿器(37)と、
燃料電池スタック(10)からの湿った排気空気の流れ方向に加湿器(37)の下流に配置された、任意選択のタービン(36)と、
を備える、乗り物。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の加湿器を備える、および/または、請求項9に記載の燃料電池システム(100)を備える、乗り物。
