Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る電動パワーステアリング装置の回路構成例を示すブロック図、図2は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る電動パワーステアリング装置に採用された回転電機を示す側面図、図3は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る電動パワーステアリング装置に採用された回転電機の反出力軸側を示す端面図、図4は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る電動パワーステアリング装置の全体構成例を示すブロック図である。
図9は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る電動パワーステアリング装置の回路構成例を示すブロック図、図10は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る電動パワーステアリング装置に採用された回転電機の反出力軸側を示す端面図、図11は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る電動パワーステアリング装置の全体構成例を示すブロック図である。なお、本発明の実施の形態2に係る電動パワーステアリング装置に採用された回転電機を示す側面図は、図2と同じである。
Claims (5)
- 第1の3相巻線及び第2の3相巻線を有し、車両の操舵トルクを補助する補助トルクを発生させる動力源として用いられるモータと、
前記第1の3相巻線に電力を供給する第1のインバータ回路と、
前記第2の3相巻線に電力を供給する第2のインバータ回路と、
前記第1のインバータ回路及び前記第2のインバータ回路のそれぞれに供給する電力の電圧を変更可能な昇圧回路と、
前記第1の3相巻線と前記第1のインバータ回路とを含む第1系統、及び前記第2の3相巻線と前記第2のインバータ回路とを含む第2系統のうちの何れかに異常が発生した場合に、前記第1系統、及び前記第2系統のうちで前記異常が発生していない系統である正常系統に含まれるインバータ回路に対し、前記異常が発生する前より高い電圧の電力を前記昇圧回路に供給させ、前記インバータ回路を駆動する駆動部と、
を備える電動パワーステアリング装置。 - 前記昇圧回路は、前記第1系統及び前記第2系統にそれぞれ設けられている、
請求項1に記載の電動パワーステアリング装置。 - 前記昇圧回路は、前記異常が発生する前の電圧と比較し、1倍より大きく、且つ2倍以下の電圧の電力を供給する、
請求項1または2に記載の電動パワーステアリング装置。 - 前記駆動部は、前記異常が発生した場合に、前記正常系統に含まれる前記インバータ回路の駆動に用いるd軸電流指令値の最大値を前記異常が発生する前よりも小さくする、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電動パワーステアリング装置。 - 前記駆動部として、前記第1系統用の第1の駆動部、及び前記第2系統用の第2の駆動部を備え、
前記第1の駆動部、及び前記第2の駆動部は、それぞれ、前記第1のインバータ回路、及び前記第2のインバータ回路を駆動するための処理装置を備え、
前記第1の駆動部、及び前記第2の駆動部が備える各処理装置は、自身の系統に異常が発生した場合に、自身の系統に含まれるインバータ回路の駆動を停止させ、前記異常の発生を他の系統の前記処理装置に通知し、前記異常の発生が通知された場合に、前記異常の発生が通知される前より高い電圧の電力を前記昇圧回路に供給させて、自身の系統に含まれるインバータ回路を駆動させる、
請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の電動パワーステアリング装置。
