Claims (8)
- シャフト部材と該シャフト部材の少なくとも一部を収容するケースとの間をシールするシール機構であって、
前記シャフト部材の外周面に設けられたスリンガと、
前記ケースと該スリンガとの間に設けられたシール部材と、
該スリンガの外周端部と該シール部材の基部との間に設けられたダストリップと、
を備えるシール機構。 - 前記基部は、その内周面にはダストシール面が形成された筒状部を有し、
前記ダストリップは、該ダストシール面に接するように前記スリンガに設けられている、
請求項1に記載のシール機構。 - 前記基部は、耐食性金属により形成される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシール機構。
- 前記基部は、ステンレスにより形成される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシール機構。
- 前記スリンガは、少なくともその一部が断面視でL字状の形状を有し、
前記基部は、少なくともその一部が断面視でL字状の形状を有し、
前記ダストリップは、該スリンガと該基部とで囲まれた内方領域に配置される、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシール機構。 - 前記シャフト部材の回転軸方向において、前記スリンガの長さと前記基部の長さとが略同じである、
請求項5に記載のシール機構。 - 前記内方領域の少なくとも一部に油が充填された、請求項5に記載のシール機構。
- シャフト部材と該シャフト部材の少なくとも一部を収容するケースと該シャフト部材と該ケースとの間をシールするシール機構とを備える装置であって、
該シール機構は、
前記シャフト部材の外周面に設けられたスリンガと、
前記ケースと該スリンガとの間に設けられたシール部材と、
該スリンガの外周端部と該シール部材の基部との間に設けられたダストリップと、を備える、装置。
