Claims (6)
- a.シールを折り畳み且つシールを保持するための空間を提供する外殻と、
b.前記外殻内の金属補強材を有する二重リップシールからなる二重リップ金属補強材シールと、
c.前記外殻の内部に取り付けられた座金と、
d.前記外殻内であって前記座金に保持されたニードルと、を備えるニードル軸受組立体であって、
前記座金が前記二重リップ金属補強材シールと前記ニードルの間に配置され、前記二重リップシールの外側密閉リップ(04)と内側密閉リップ(12)との間に、潤滑を維持するための手段としてのV字型の隙間(13)が形成され、前記二重リップシールの外側密閉リップ(04)及び内側密閉リップ(12)が前記ニードルの面に対して傾斜しており、前記金属補強材が該金属補強材の前記座金側の辺が該辺に直交する辺より長い断面長方形状を呈し、前記金属補強材が前記座金に隣接する前記二重リップシールの座金側に設置され、該金属補強材の一面が前記二重リップシールの平坦面に沿って配置され、
前記二重リップシールが、リップを折り畳むための空間を提供するために内向きの環状方向で且つ前記内側密閉リップと前記金属補強材との間にV字型の溝(14)を有し、これにより、前記溝(14)の前記内側密閉リップ側の面が前記二重リップシールの座金側の前記平坦面に相当する位置まで延びており、前記溝(14)の前記金属補強材側の面が前記二重リップシールの座金側の前記平坦面から外側に向かって該平坦面に対して傾斜しているニードル軸受組立体。 - シャフトと外殻内腔の間の残存隙間が0.1mmまでである請求項1に記載のニードル軸受組立体。
- 前記座金が滑らかな回転を保証するために前記ニードルの面を誘導して前記ニードルを適切に誘導するように配置されている請求項1に記載のニードル軸受組立体。
- 前記二重リップシールが、リップを折り畳むための空間を提供するために外向きの環状方向に溝(14A)を有している請求項1に記載のニードル軸受組立体。
- 前記座金がステンレス鋼からなる請求項1に記載のニードル軸受組立体。
- 前記二重リップ金属補強材シールが、前記二重リップシールと前記金属補強材とを一体的に成型することによって用意される請求項1に記載のニードル軸受組立体。
