Claims (6)
- 支持体側または振動源側のいずれか一方に取り付けられるブラケットと、
前記ブラケットに取り付けられる第1取付具と、
前記支持体側または前記振動源側のいずれか他方に取り付けられる第2取付具と、
前記第1取付具および前記第2取付具を連結するゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体とを備え、
前記ブラケット又は前記第1取付具のいずれか一方は、後端から先端へ向かって圧入方向に張り出すゴム状弾性体よりも高剛性の圧入部を備え、
前記ブラケット又は前記第1取付具のいずれか他方は、前記圧入部が前記圧入方向に圧入される筒状の被圧入部を備え、
前記被圧入部は、前記圧入方向の前後両側に対して内面を凹ませた凹部が設けられて少なくとも一端に開口端部を有する筒状でゴム状弾性体よりも高剛性の剛性部と、
前記剛性部の内面に接着されるゴム状弾性体から構成される弾性膜部とを備え、
前記圧入部は、前記圧入方向と直交する方向に突出して前記弾性膜部に食い込む第1突起部と、
前記凹部内に配置されて前記圧入方向から見て前記剛性部と一部が重なる第2突起部とを備えることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記弾性膜部は、前記凹部を覆い、
前記凹部は、前記剛性部に貫通形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振装置。 - 前記被圧入部に前記圧入部を圧入する圧入時の初期段階における前記第1突起部と前記剛性部との間での前記弾性膜部の圧縮率よりも、前記被圧入部に前記圧入部を圧入した圧縮状態における前記第1突起部と前記剛性部との間での前記弾性膜部の圧縮率が大きく設定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置。
- 前記第1突起部は、前記圧入方向に離隔して複数配置され、前記先端側の高さよりも前記後端側の高さが大きく設定され、
前記被圧入部に前記圧入部を圧入する圧入時、前記後端側の前記第1突起部が前記弾性膜部に接した状態で、前記後端側の前記第1突起部に前記弾性膜部から付与される弾性反力よりも、前記先端側の前記第1突起部に前記弾性膜部から付与される弾性反力が小さく設定されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の防振装置。 - 前記第2突起部は、前記第1突起部よりも前記後端側に配置され、
前記凹部は、前記開口端部に寄って設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の防振装置。 - 前記剛性部は、前記圧入方向の前後両端に前記開口端部がそれぞれ設けられ、
前記凹部は、前後両端の前記開口端部のそれぞれに寄って設けられることを特徴とする請求項5記載の防振装置。
