Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態のタイヤ1のトレッド部2の展開図である。本実施形態のタイヤ1は、例えば、乗用車用の空気入りタイヤであって、雪上走行にも対応し得るオールシーズン用として好適に用いられる。但し、本発明のタイヤ1は、このような態様に限定されるものではない。
装着リム:16×6.5J
タイヤ内圧:220kPa
テスト車両:排気量2500cc、前輪駆動車
上記テスト車両で雪路を走行したときの走行性能が、運転者の官能により評価された。結果は、比較例を100とする評点であり、数値が大きい程、優れた雪上性能が持続して発揮されていることを示す。
上記テスト車両でドライ路面を走行したときの操縦安定性が、運転者の官能により評価された。結果は、比較例を100とする評点であり、数値が大きい程、ドライ路面での操縦安定性が優れていることを示す。
テスト結果が表1に示される。

Claims (11)
- トレッド部を有するタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部は、タイヤ周方向に延びる第1エッジと、タイヤ周方向に延びる第2エッジとで区分された陸部を含み、
前記陸部には、前記第1エッジから前記第2エッジに向かって延び、かつ、前記陸部内で終端する第1横溝と、
前記第1横溝に連なってタイヤ周方向に延び、かつ、両端部が前記陸部内で途切れる縦溝と、前記縦溝に連なって前記第2エッジ側にのびるサイプとが設けられている、
タイヤ。 - 前記第1横溝は、タイヤ軸方向に対して傾斜している、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1横溝は、溝幅が前記縦溝側に向かって拡大している部分を含む、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。
- 前記縦溝は、前記第1横溝よりも小さい深さを有する、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記サイプは、前記第2エッジまで延びている、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記サイプは、前記縦溝よりも大きい深さを有する、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記サイプの少なくとも一部は、前記第1横溝をその長さ方向に延長した領域内に位置している、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1横溝と前記サイプとは、タイヤ軸方向に対して同じ向きに傾斜している、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記陸部は、その踏面と前記第2エッジ側の側壁との間に配された傾斜面を含む面取り部を有し、
前記サイプは、前記面取り部まで延びている、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。 - 前記トレッド部は、前記陸部の前記第2エッジ側に配された主溝を介して前記陸部と隣り合う別の陸部を含み、
