Claims (7)
- ポートの開口と離間して配置される第一シートと、
両端が前記第一シートに連結されて前記ポートの開口を取り囲む第二シートと、
前記第一シートと前記第二シートとで囲まれる領域内であって前記ポートの開口よりも第一シート側に、前記第一シートと空隙をあけて配置される島部と、
前記島部を通って前記ポートと前記空隙とを連通する通路とを備える
ことを特徴とするバルブシート部材。 - 前記島部の高さは、前記第一シートと前記第二シートの高さ以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブシート部材。 - 前記通路は、前記島部の先端に形成された凹部により形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバルブシート部材。 - 前記通路の空隙側の開口は、前記第一シートにおいて前記第二シートの両端が連結される部分の中央に対向している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のバルブシート部材。 - 前記ポートの開口に臨む前記島部の側面と、前記側面に連なる前記ポートの内壁とが面一とされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のバルブシート部材。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のバルブシート部材と、
前記バルブシート部材に積層されて、前記第一シート及び前記第二シートに重なる一枚以上のリーフバルブと、
前記リーフバルブの反バルブシート部材側に積層される環状の間座とを備え、
前記第一シートは、環状であって、前記リーフバルブが着座する環状のシート面を含み、
前記間座の外径は、前記シート面の外径以下である
ことを特徴とするバルブ。 - シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に軸方向へ移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、
請求項6に記載のバルブとを備え、
前記バルブは、前記シリンダと前記ロッドが軸方向へ相対移動する際に生じる液体の流れに対して抵抗を与える
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。
