ポリエチレン:LLDPE 015AN(宇部丸善ポリエチレン製)、曲げ弾性率210MPa
ポリプロピレン:ランダム系PP J246M(プライムポリマー製)、曲げ弾性率900MPa
黒色顔料:カーボンブラック
白色顔料:酸化チタン
表1に記載の外層プリフォームおよび内層プリフォームの形成材料で、図1、図2(a)に示す多層のプリフォームを形成した。外層プリフォームのストレート部の厚みは2.8mm、内層プリフォームのストレート部の厚みは1.0mm、プリフォームの高さは90mmとした。
表1の外層プリフォームおよび内層プリフォームの材料構成を変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして多層のブローボトルを成形し、L*値を測定した。実施例1と同様に、ブローボトルの形成材料(材料構成)は、プリフォームの形成材料(材料構成)といずれの例においても同じであった。
多層のプリフォームを用いて、多層インジェクションブローが可能な成形可能温度範囲を確認した。具体的には、多層のプリフォーム加熱時のハロゲンヒーターの出力値を調整し、加熱工程直後の外層プリフォームの温度を65℃から160℃まで5℃間隔で変化させて、計20種の成形条件でブロー成形を行った。各成形条件で20個のブローボトル、即ちn=20の連続成形を行い、以下の基準で多層インジェクションブロー成形性の評価を行った。評価結果を表1に「成形性」として示す。
A:外層および内層に破断はなく、n=20の連続成形可能な成形条件が4個以上(成形可能温度範囲が少なくとも15℃以上)であった。
B:外層および内層に破断はなく、n=20の連続成形可能な成形条件が2個以上3個以下(成形可能温度範囲が少なくとも10℃以上15℃未満)であった。
C:外層および内層に破断はなく、n=20の連続成形可能な成形条件が1個(成形可能温度範囲が10℃未満)であった。
D:n=20の連続成形中に、外層または内層に破断がない成形条件がなかった。
Claims (20)
- 外層および内層を有するブローボトルであって、
前記内層の黒色度が前記外層の黒色度よりも高く、
前記外層のCIE表色系におけるL*a*b*表色系のL*値が、20以上、90以下であることを特徴とするブローボトル。 - 前記外層のCIE表色系におけるL*a*b*表色系のL*値が、50以上である請求項1に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記外層のCIE表色系におけるL*a*b*表色系のL*値が、80以下である請求項1または2に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記外層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレートまたはポリブチレンテレフタレートからなる群から選択されるポリエステル樹脂のうち少なくとも一つを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記外層は、黒色顔料を含む請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記外層は、白色顔料を含む請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記外層は、白色顔料および黒色顔料を含む請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記外層は、ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記外層の、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂の含有割合は、0.3wt%以上、30wt%以下である請求項8に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記外層の厚みは、0.05mm以上、5.00mm以下である請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記内層の厚みは、0.05mm以上、5.00mm以下である請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記内層の厚みは、0.05mm以上、0.50mm以下である請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 前記内層の内側にインクを収納した請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトル。
- 外層プリフォームおよび内層プリフォームを有する多層のプリフォームを用意する工程と、前記多層のプリフォームをインジェクションブロー成形し、ブローボトルを成形する工程と、を有するブローボトルの成形方法であって、
前記内層プリフォームの黒色度が前記外層プリフォームの黒色度よりも高く、前記外層プリフォームのCIE表色系におけるL*a*b*表色系のL*値が、20以上、90以下であることを特徴とするブローボトルの成形方法。 - 前記外層プリフォームのCIE表色系におけるL*a*b*表色系のL*値が、50以上、80以下である請求項14に記載のブローボトルの成形方法。
- 前記外層プリフォームは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレートまたはポリブチレンテレフタレートからなる群から選択されるポリエステル樹脂のうち少なくとも一つを含む請求項14または15に記載のブローボトルの成形方法。
- 前記外層プリフォームは、白色顔料および黒色顔料を含む請求項14乃至16のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトルの成形方法。
- 前記外層プリフォームは、ポリオレフィン樹脂を含む請求項14乃至17のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトルの成形方法。
- 前記外層プリフォームの、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂の含有割合は、0.3wt%以上、30wt%以下である請求項18に記載のブローボトルの成形方法。
- 前記内層プリフォームの厚みは、0.05mm以上、0.50mm以下である請求項14乃至19のいずれか1項に記載のブローボトルの成形方法。
