Claims (4)
- 乾燥硬化により耐候性のゴム状組成物を形成する防錆剤と、
メッシュシートと、
を備え、
コンクリート成型体用の型枠の表面に前記メッシュシートが配置され、前記配置されたメッシュシートの網目が前記防錆剤で浸るまで、前記防錆剤が前記メッシュシートの上面から前記型枠の表面全体に対して塗布され、前記塗布された防錆剤がゴム状組成物に乾燥硬化してから、前記防錆剤が前記ゴム状組成物の上面から、前記ゴム状組成物が形成された型枠の表面全体に対して重ね塗りされる
型枠用防錆セット。 - 前記防錆剤は、前記防錆剤全体に対して10重量%〜20重量%のスチレンブタジエンゴムと、前記防錆剤全体に対して10重量%〜20重量%のポリイソブチレンとを含有し、前記スチレンブタジエンゴムと前記ポリイソブチレンとを溶解する揮発性溶媒を含有するジエン系の防錆剤である
請求項1に記載の枠体用防錆セット。 - 切断用糸を更に備え、
前記メッシュシートが所定の間隔を空けて前記枠体の表面に配置され、前記切断用糸が前記間隔内に配置され、前記防錆剤が前記メッシュシートと前記切断用糸の上面から前記型枠の表面全体に対して塗布される
請求項1又は2に記載の枠体用防錆セット。 - コンクリート成型体用の型枠の表面にメッシュシートを配置する配置ステップと、
前記配置されたメッシュシートの網目が、乾燥硬化により耐候性のゴム状組成物を形成する防錆剤で浸るまで、前記防錆剤を前記メッシュシートの上面から前記型枠の表面全体に対して塗布する塗布ステップと、
前記塗布された防錆剤がゴム状組成物に乾燥硬化してから、前記防錆剤を前記ゴム状組成物の上面から、前記ゴム状組成物が形成された前記型枠の表面全体に対して重ね塗りする重ね塗りステップと、
を備える型枠用防錆方法。
