Description
電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記電力変換回路から第1数の第1信号線に出力される各フェール信号をモニタすると共に、前記各フェール信号を有効またはリジェクトの何れとするかのリジェクト情報を作成するコンピュータと、
前記第1数未満の第2数の通信線を介して前記コンピュータから前記各リジェクト情報を受信すると共に前記各リジェクト情報に基づいて前記第1数の第2信号線に各リジェクト信号を出力する通信制御部と、
前記通信制御部と同一チップまたは同一モジュールとして構成され、前記第1数の前記第1信号線の前記各フェール信号と前記第1数の前記第2信号線の前記各リジェクト信号とに基づいて前記電力変換回路の駆動許可またはシャットダウンを行なうシャットダウン部と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
Claims (14)
- 電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記電力変換回路から第1数の第1信号線に出力される各フェール信号をモニタすると共に、前記各フェール信号を有効またはリジェクトの何れとするかの各リジェクト情報を作成するコンピュータと、
前記第1数未満の第2数の通信線を介して前記コンピュータから前記各リジェクト情報を受信すると共に前記各リジェクト情報に基づいて前記第1数の第2信号線に各リジェクト信号を出力する通信制御部と、
前記通信制御部と同一チップまたは同一モジュールとして構成され、前記第1数の前記第1信号線の前記各フェール信号と前記第1数の前記第2信号線の前記各リジェクト信号とに基づいて前記電力変換回路の駆動許可またはシャットダウンを行なうシャットダウン部と、
を備える電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記コンピュータと前記通信制御部との通信は、前記第1数に応じた所定ビット数ごとに行なわれる、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記第2数は、前記第1数に拘わらずに一定値として定められる、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記コンピュータは、前記各リジェクト情報を含む第1ビット列を前記通信制御部に送信した後に、第2ビット列を前記通信制御部に送信し、
前記通信制御部は、前記第1ビット列を受信すると、前記第1ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト情報を格納し、前記第2ビット列を受信すると、格納した前記各リジェクト情報を前記各リジェクト信号に反映させる、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項4記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記通信制御部は、前記第1ビット列の受信に伴って、前記各リジェクト情報を含む返信ビット列を前記コンピュータに返信し、
前記コンピュータは、前記返信ビット列を受信すると、前記第1ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト情報と前記返信ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト情報とを比較し、両者が一致するときに前記第2ビット列を前記通信制御部に送信する、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項4または5記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記通信制御部は、前記第2ビット列の受信に伴って、前記各リジェクト情報を前記各リジェクト信号に反映させると共にその反映結果を含む反映ビット列を前記コンピュータに返信し、
前記コンピュータは、前記反映ビット列を受信すると、前記第1ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト情報と前記反映ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト信号の反映結果とを比較する、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項4記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記コンピュータは、前記第2ビット列を前記通信制御部に送信した後に、前記各リジェクト情報に関連する各リジェクト関連情報を含む第3ビット列を前記通信制御部に送信し、
前記通信制御部は、前記第3ビット列を受信すると、前記第1ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト情報と前記第3ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト関連情報とを比較し、比較結果を前記コンピュータに第3信号線を介して出力する、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項4記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記コンピュータは、前記第2ビット列を前記通信制御部に送信した後に、前記各リジェクト情報に関連する各リジェクト関連情報を含む第3ビット列を前記通信制御部に送信し、
前記通信制御部は、前記第3ビット列を受信すると、前記第1ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト情報または前記第3ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト関連情報と、前記各リジェクト信号に反映させた反映結果とを比較し、比較結果を前記コンピュータに第3信号線を介して出力する、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記コンピュータは、前記各リジェクト情報を含むビット列を前記通信制御部に送信し、
前記通信制御部は、前記ビット列を受信すると、前記ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト情報を前記各リジェクト信号に反映させる、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項9記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記通信制御部は、前記ビット列の受信に伴って、前記各リジェクト情報を前記各リジェクト信号に反映させると共にその反映結果を含む反映ビット列を前記コンピュータに返信し、
前記コンピュータは、前記反映ビット列を受信すると、前記ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト情報と前記反映ビット列に含まれる前記各リジェクト信号の反映結果とを比較する、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項9記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記通信制御部は、前記各リジェクト情報を前記各リジェクト信号に反映させたか否かの情報を前記コンピュータに第3信号線を介して出力する、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項4または9記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記コンピュータは、前記シャットダウン部から前記電力変換回路に出力される駆動許可またはシャットダウンの指示信号をモニタする、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項4ないし12のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記通信制御部は、所定のビット列を受信すると、前記所定のビット列の受信が正常に完了したか否かを判定する、
電力変換回路の保護制御装置。 - 請求項5ないし8,10ないし13のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の電力変換回路の保護制御装置であって、
前記コンピュータは、前記通信制御部との通信異常を検知したときには、前記通信異常の旨を記憶する、
