Claims (5)
- ステータコイルが巻回されたステータと、
永久磁石が埋め込まれたロータコアを有し前記ステータの内周側に所定の隙間を空けて配置されたロータと、
前記ロータコアの前記永久磁石から前記ステータコイルに向かう磁束を前記ロータの回転速度に応じて変化させる磁束可変機構と、
を備え、
前記磁束可変機構は、
前記永久磁石に向い合う位置で前記ロータコアの軸方向端面に固定されるケース体と、
前記ケース体内で軸方向の移動が規制されると共に前記ロータの回転速度に応じた遠心力を受けて径方向に移動可能な移動子と、
前記ケース体内で径方向の移動が規制されると共に軸方向に沿って移動可能な磁束短絡部材と、
前記磁束短絡部材に固定され、径方向に沿って外周側に行くほど前記ロータコアの前記軸方向端面から離間する方向に所定の傾斜角度で傾斜して前記移動子に向かい合い前記移動子と接触するカム面を有し、前記カム面で受け止めた前記移動子の径方向の移動を前記磁束短絡部材の軸方向の移動に変換するカム部材と、
前記磁束短絡部材に対し前記ロータコアの前記軸方向端面から離間させる方向に付勢力を与え、前記カム部材を介して前記移動子に働く遠心力と釣合った状態で前記磁束短絡部材の軸方向に沿った位置を定める付勢ばねと、
を有する、磁束可変機構付の回転電機。 - 前記磁束可変機構は、
前記ロータコアの前記軸方向端面に配置されたエンドプレートに組み込まれた状態である、請求項1に記載の磁束可変機構付の回転電機。 - 前記磁束可変機構は、
前記ロータコアの軸方向の両端面に配置された2つの前記エンドプレートの内の1つに組み込まれた状態である、請求項2に記載の磁束可変機構付の回転電機。 - 前記移動子は、
前記カム部材の所定の傾斜角度と同じ傾斜角度の傾斜面を有する、請求項1に記載の磁束可変機構付の回転電機。 - 前記移動子は、
前記カム面に球形面で接触した状態の転がり球である、請求項1に記載の磁束可変機構付の回転電機。
