Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、詳細に説明する。以下において、車体から車軸の方向、または、その逆方向を、「軸方向」と称することがある。軸方向は、図1などにおけるx軸に平行な方向である。また、軸方向に垂直な方向(y−z平面に平行な任意の方向)を「径方向」と称することがある。
以上のとおり、緩衝器1は、インナーロッド30と、インナーロッド30の外側に配された懸架ばね40と、インナーロッド30に対して変位可能に配され、懸架ばね40の荷重を受けるばね受け42と、インナーロッド30の一端側に挿入され、ばね受け42の車体側への移動を制限することにより懸架ばね40の位置を調節する調節ねじ51と、インナーロッド30の内部において、ばね受け42が受けた荷重を調節ねじ51に伝達するピン52とを備える。インナーロッド30は、側面に、ピン52が挿入される、インナーロッド30の軸方向に伸びた長穴34を有している。

Claims (6)
- 中空ロッドと、
前記中空ロッドの外側に配された懸架ばねと、
前記中空ロッドに対して変位可能に配され、前記懸架ばねの荷重を受けるばね受けと、
前記中空ロッドの一端側に挿入され、前記ばね受けの前記一端側への移動を制限することにより前記懸架ばねの位置を調節する調節ねじと、
前記中空ロッドの内部において、前記ばね受けが受けた荷重を前記調節ねじに伝達する軸部材とを備え、
前記中空ロッドの側面に、前記軸部材が挿入される、前記中空ロッドの軸方向に伸びた挿入部を有する緩衝器。 - 前記挿入部は、閉じた輪郭を有する開口部である請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記懸架ばねの外側に配されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダの一端側の開口部に配され、前記中空ロッドが挿入されるキャップ部材と、
前記中空ロッドを前記キャップ部材に対して固定するナットとをさらに備え、
前記ナットは、前記ばね受けよりも一端側に配されている請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ばね受けと、前記懸架ばねとの間に配されたスプリングカラーをさらに備える請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記軸部材は、前記ばね受けに対して着脱可能である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記調節ねじの一端側の少なくとも一部は、前記キャップ部材の内部に配置されており、
前記キャップ部材は、前記調節ねじを回転させる操作部を備えている請求項3に記載の緩衝器。
