Description
また、本実施の形態に係る緩衝器Dでは、ピストン3とサブピストン6が離間した状態でロッド2にそれぞれ保持されている。この構成によると、緩衝器Dの最伸長時に環状隙間10が昇圧してサブピストン6に作用する衝撃がピストン3に直接伝達されないため、ピストン3やピストン3の伸側室R1側に積層された圧側バルブ8などの周辺部品に悪影響を与えない。
Claims (3)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に軸方向に進退自在に挿入されるロッドと、
前記ロッドの先端に設けられ前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室に区画するピストンと、
前記シリンダの開口端に設けられ前記ロッドを軸支するロッドガイドと、
前記ロッドガイドに設けられ前記シリンダとの間に環状隙間を形成するサブシリンダと、
前記ロッドの前記ピストンよりも基端側外周に設けられ、外周が前記シリンダの内周に摺接するとともに、前記環状隙間に出入可能なサブピストンとを備え、
前記ピストンと前記サブピストンは離間した状態で前記ロッドにそれぞれ保持されている
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記サブピストンは、前記ロッドが前記シリンダに対して最も退出した際に前記環状隙間に挿入される筒部と、前記筒部の内周に装着される環状のオイルロックピースを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記サブピストンは、前記ロッドが前記シリンダに対して最も退出した際に前記環状隙間に挿入される筒部を有し、
前記サブシリンダの外周に環状のオイルロックピースが装着される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
