Claims (4)
- EGRバルブの開度を可変する駆動部と、
エンジンの運転状況に基づいて、前記EGRバルブの基本EGR開度を導出する基本開度導出部と、
吸気流路のうちEGRガスが還流される位置よりも下流側の温度を測定する測定部と、
予め取得された、前記EGRバルブの開度に対する、前記EGRバルブがその開度にされたときの前記温度と、前記EGRバルブが基準開度にされたときの前記温度との温度差の関係を示す情報が記憶された記憶部と、
前記EGRバルブが前記基準開度にされたときの前記温度と、前記EGRバルブが前記基本EGR開度にされたときの前記温度との温度差に基づいて、前記情報を参照して前記EGRバルブの補正開度を導出する補正開度導出部と、
前記基本EGR開度を前記補正開度で補正した目標EGR開度となるように前記駆動部を制御する制御部と、
を備えたEGR制御装置。 - 前記補正開度導出部は、
前記EGRバルブが前記基本EGR開度にされたときの前記温度と、前記EGRバルブが前記基準開度にされたときの前記温度との第1温度差、および、前記記憶部に記憶された前記情報に基づく、前記EGRバルブが前記基本EGR開度にされたときの前記温度と、前記EGRバルブが前記基準開度にされたときの前記温度との第2温度差の差分である差分温度差に基づいて、前記EGRバルブの補正開度を導出する
請求項1に記載のEGR制御装置。 - 前記情報には、
前記EGRバルブの開度によって区分された複数の領域の各領域における、前記EGRバルブの開度に対する前記温度差の傾きを示す情報が含まれ、
前記補正開度導出部は、
前記複数の領域のうち前記基本EGR開度が含まれる領域を特定し、
前記基本EGR開度に対する前記第1温度差の値を含み前記基本EGR開度が含まれる領域における傾きを有する仮想線を導出し、
前記仮想線と前記差分温度差に基づいて、前記補正開度を導出する
請求項2に記載のEGR制御装置。 - 前記補正開度導出部は、導出した前記補正開度を前記記憶部に記憶する
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のEGR制御装置。
