Claims (6)
- 工作機械に取り付けられる工作機械用ワイパーであって、
前記工作機械に固定され、硬度が80度以上の第1弾性材料で形成されたワイパー本体と、
粒子状の補強材を含み硬度が前記第1弾性材料より小さく50度以上の第2弾性材料で形成され、前記ワイパー本体に一体的に設けられた摺動部とを備え、
前記ワイパー本体と前記摺動部は、接着剤を介さずに一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする工作機械用ワイパー。 - 前記ワイパー本体と前記摺動部が接している接合部は、互いに相手側に向かって突出した継手が形成された継手構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の工作機械用ワイパー。
- 前記継手は、互いに係合していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の工作機械用ワイパー。
- 工作機械に取り付けられ、
硬度が80度以上の第1弾性材料で形成されるワイパー本体と、
粒子状の補強材を含み硬度が前記第1弾性材料より小さく50度以上90度以下の第2弾性材料で形成される摺動部と
を接着剤を介さずに一体的に形成した工作機械用ワイパーの製造方法であって、
押出用ダイスの開口部から前記第1弾性材料と前記第2弾性材料とを同時に押し出す工程と、
押出用ダイスの開口部から押し出された前記第1弾性材料と前記第2弾性材料とを固化させる工程と
を有することを特徴とする工作機械用ワイパーの製造方法。 - 前記第1弾性材料と前記第2弾性材料とを同時に押し出す工程において、前記ワイパー本体と前記摺動部が接する部分に、互いに相手側に向かって突出した継手を有する継手構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の工作機械用ワイパーの製造方法。
- 前記継手は、互いに係合していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の工作機械用ワイパーの製造方法。
