Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性エラストマーと、スチレン系樹脂と、プロセスオイルと、充填剤を含む樹脂組成物。前記樹脂組成物100重量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマーの含有量が、20重量%〜55重量%であり、前記スチレン系樹脂の含有量が、25重量%〜55重量%であり、前記プロセスオイルの含有量が、6重量%〜18重量%であり、前記充填剤の含有量が、5重量%〜20重量%である。

Description
○:材料が基材上にうまく印刷され、基材に完全に接着することができ、かつコーティングは均一である。
×:材料が基材上にうまく印刷されず、そのパターンに歪み現象が生じる。
○:成形品中の印刷材料層は分離されない。
×:成形品中の印刷材料層が容易に分離される。
Claims (8)
- 樹脂組成物であって、
熱可塑性エラストマーと、
スチレン系樹脂と、
プロセスオイルと、
充填剤と、
を含み、
前記樹脂組成物100重量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマーの含有量が、20重量%〜55重量%であり、前記スチレン系樹脂の含有量が、25重量%〜55重量%であり、前記プロセスオイルの含有量が、6重量%〜18重量%であり、前記充填剤の含有量が、5重量%〜20重量%である、樹脂組成物。 - 前記樹脂組成物100重量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマーの含有量が、30重量%〜55重量%であり、前記スチレン系樹脂の含有量が、25重量%〜50重量%であり、前記プロセスオイルの含有量が、8重量%〜15重量%であり、前記充填剤の含有量が、6重量%〜13重量%である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂組成物100重量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマーの含有量が、40重量%〜50重量%であり、前記スチレン系樹脂の含有量が、30重量%〜40重量%であり、前記プロセスオイルの含有量が、10重量%〜15重量%であり、前記充填剤の含有量が、7重量%〜11重量%である、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記スチレン系樹脂中のスチレン系モノマー単位の含有量が、92重量%〜100重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記スチレン系樹脂が、耐衝撃性ポリスチレン(HIPS)樹脂およびポリスチレン(PS)樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SBS)ブロック共重合体およびスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン(SEBS)ブロック共重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、前記熱可塑性エラストマー中のスチレンモノマー単位の含有量が、25重量%〜35重量%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物によって形成された、フィラメント。
- 請求項7に記載のフィラメントによって形成された、成形品。
