前記基板上に配置され、複数の開口を画する透光性隔壁と、
前記透光性隔壁の上面及び側面上に配置され、ネガティブ感光性有機物を含む遮光部材と、

前記基板の前記一面における少なくとも一部を露出させるように、前記基板の前記一面上に前記隔壁パターンを形成する段階と、
前記基板の前記一面上における露出させた領域に対応して前記不透光性物質パターンを形成する段階とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記遮光部材を形成する段階の後に、
前記不透光性物質パターンを除去して前記基板の前記一面を少なくとも部分的に露出させる段階と、
前記基板の露出した前記一面上に、波長シフト物質を含むインク組成物を吐出する段階と、
前記インク組成物を硬化させる段階とをさらに含み、
前記遮光部材を形成する段階は、
前記遮光部材形成用組成物をプリベークする段階と、
前記不透光性物質パターンを遮光マスクとして用いて、プリベーク後の前記遮光部材形成用組成物を部分的に光硬化させる段階であって、
前記基板の他面側から光を照射すること、前記光が前記基板を透過すること、前記光が前記隔壁パターンに入射されること、前記光が前記隔壁パターンの前記上面を透過すること、及び、前記光が前記隔壁パターンの前記側面を透過することを含むものである、部分的に光硬化させる段階と、
前記遮光部材形成用組成物の層の上に現像液を塗布して、前記遮光部材形成用組成物のうち、未硬化の部分を除去することで、前記隔壁パターンの前記上面及び前記側面上に配置された遮光部材が残るようにする現像の段階と、
前記遮光部材をハードベークする段階とを、この順で含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
