Description

本発明は、特にスキッドステアローダ用の全ホイールドライブ配置構成設計概念に関する。
現在、油圧ドライブが、スキッドステアローダを駆動するために使用されている。システムは、エンジンからのトルクが、チェーンギアまたはギア列を通して前及び後ホイールに共に直接伝達されるように設計されている。換言すれば、単一ギアリングが、制御されるホイールの一方の側の各ホイールを駆動する。当然、こうしたギアリングは、ギア列の場合、非常に重くかつかさばり、いずれの場合も、これらのギアリングは、最大トルクをホイールに伝達するため、メンテナンス集約的であることになる。
本発明は、述べた欠点をなくす設計概念を述べる。
本発明の原理は、無限ギア部材(例えば、ベルト、チェーン)が、トルクを電気モータから制御される車両の一方の側の各ホイールに伝達し、それにより、遊星歯車が特定のホイールを直接駆動することにある。
各ホイールは、それぞれの無限ギア部材駆動式遊星歯車を装備している。電気モータは無限ギア部材を直接駆動する。無限ギア部材は、低トルクを各ホイールの遊星歯車に伝達する。制御される車両は、両側に電気モータ及び無限ギア部材を必要とする。電気モータドライブが使用されている場合、周波数変換器、電気ジョイスティック、及び電池が回路に含まれている。少なくとも1つのホイールは、両側に電磁ブレーキを装備している。制御ユニットはドライブを制御する。

無限ギア部材(例えば、ベルト、チェーン)を装備するギア5は、トルクを電気モータ2から制御される車両の一方の側の各ホイールに伝達し、それにより、遊星歯車1は特定のホイールを直接駆動する。
各ホイールは、無限ギア部材5によって駆動される自分自身の遊星歯車1を装備している。電気モータ2は、無限ギア部材5を直接駆動する。無限ギア部材5は、低トルクを各ホイールの遊星歯車1に伝達する。制御される車両は、両側に電気モータ2及び無限ギア部材5を必要とする。電気モータドライブ2が使用されている場合、周波数変換器3、電気ジョイスティック6、及び電池4は回路に含まれている。少なくとも1つのホイールは、両側に電磁ブレーキ7を装備している。制御ユニット9はドライブを制御する。
電池4、周波数変換器3、電気ジョイスティック6、及び/または電気油圧スイッチギア3aからなる制御ユニット9は、特にスキッドステアローダ用の全ホイールドライブ配置構成を制御し、それにより、制御される車両の両側は、少なくとも2つのホイールからなり、各ホイールは遊星歯車1に接続されており、遊星歯車1は、無限ギア部材5によって、制御される車両の一方の側に連結され、それにより、無限ギア部材は、電池4に接続される単一電気モータ2に接続されている。電気モータドライブが使用されている場合、少なくとも1つのホイールは、両側に電磁ブレーキ7を装備する。無限ギア部材5は、ベルトタイプかまたはチェーンタイプである。
低入力トルクを有する全ホイールドライブ配置構成は、特に、スキッドステアローダにおいてまたは他の構造的に同様の機械において使用され得る。

Claims (3)

  1. 特に、電池(4)、周波数変換器(3)、電気ジョイスティック(6)、及び/または電気油圧スイッチギア(3a)からなる制御ユニット(9)によって制御されるスキッドステアローダ用の低入力トルクを有する全ホイールドライブ配置構成であって、制御される車両の両側は少なくとも2つのホイールからなり、各ホイールは遊星歯車(1)に接続されており、前記遊星歯車(1)は、無限ギア部材(5)によって、前記制御される車両の一方の側に連結され、それにより、前記無限ギア部材は単一電気モータ(2)に接続されており、それにより、前記電気モータは前記電池(4)に接続されることを特徴とする、低入力トルクを有する全ホイールドライブ配置構成。
  2. 少なくとも1つのホイールは、両側に電磁ブレーキ(7)を装備していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低入力トルクを有する全ホイールドライブ配置構成。
  3. 前記無限ギア部材(5)は、ベルトタイプかまたはチェーンタイプであることを特徴とする、請求項1及び/または2に記載の低入力トルクを有する全ホイールドライブ配置構成。
