Claims (15)
- 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするための金属材質のパックケースと、
前記パックケースの一側を覆い、前記パックケースの内部へ消火液を誘導できるように所定の温度以上で溶融して開口を形成し、前記パックケースの内部への電磁気ノイズの流入を遮蔽するためのノイズ遮蔽部材を備える消火液誘導カバーと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記消火液誘導カバーが、
前記パックケースの一側に形成される消火液誘導孔を覆い、前記所定の温度以上で溶融して前記開口を形成し、前記消火液誘導孔を露出させるカバープレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ノイズ遮蔽部材が、前記カバープレートの底面に備えられ、前記消火液誘導孔の上側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ノイズ遮蔽部材が、金属材質からなり、前記パックケースに接地されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ノイズ遮蔽部材が、
前記消火液誘導孔を囲み、前記パックケースと接地される接地部と、
前記接地部に連結され、前記消火液誘導孔の上側に配置される複数個の遮蔽孔を備える遮蔽グリッドと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記接地部には、前記パックケースとの接地を容易にするための少なくとも一つの接地ガイドが備えられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記接地ガイドが、複数個の板ばねから備えられ、
前記複数個の板ばねが、前記接地部の周方向に沿って相互所定距離に離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数個の遮蔽孔が、ハニカム形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ノイズ遮蔽部材が、導電性シートであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記カバープレートが、プラスチック材質からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記消火液誘導カバーが、前記カバープレートの底面のエッジに沿って備えられる封止部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記消火液誘導カバーが、前記カバープレートの底面に備えられる剛性補強リーブを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記消火液誘導カバーが、
