Claims (14)
- 電磁遮蔽組成物であって、
少なくとも部分的に電気的に駆動される車両内の電気系統からの電磁放射線を遮蔽するための有効量の炭素繊維の入った約40体積%〜60体積%のシート成形組成物(SMC)を含む、
ことを特徴とする電磁遮蔽組成物。 - 前記炭素繊維は、約60体積%〜40体積%の量で前記組成物中に使用されている、
請求項1記載の電磁遮蔽組成物。 - 前記炭素繊維は、長さが約1インチ(2.54cm)から約3インチ(7.62cm)までであり、前記組成物中に無定形に整列している、
請求項2記載の電磁遮蔽組成物。 - 前記有効量の遮蔽体は、1000MHz〜2000MHzの周波数範囲にわたり1〜2mm厚さに起因して約65〜85デシベルの低減を可能にする、
請求項3記載の電磁遮蔽組成物。 - 約50体積%のSMCには約50体積%の炭素繊維が入っている、
請求項1記載の電磁遮蔽組成物。 - 前記炭素繊維は、チョップト炭素繊維である、請求項1記載の電磁遮蔽組成物。
- 電気車両のコンポーネント用の電磁遮蔽体を製作する方法であって、
a.)シートの形態の電磁遮蔽組成物を用意するステップであって、前記電磁遮蔽組成物は、少なくとも部分的に電気的に駆動される車両内の電気系統からの電磁放射線を遮蔽するための有効量の炭素繊維の入った約40体積%〜60体積%のシート成形組成物を含むステップと、
b.)前記電磁遮蔽組成物のシートを遮蔽されるべきコンポーネントの形態にならうのに有効な形状に形成すると共に硬化させるステップと、を備えている、
電気車両のコンポーネント用の電磁遮蔽体の製作方法。 - 前記コンポーネントを前記車両に設置するステップを更に有する、
請求項7記載の電気車両のコンポーネント用の電磁遮蔽体の製作方法。 - 遮蔽されるべき前記コンポーネントは、バッテリ、一群のバッテリ、電線、ワイヤリングハーネス、車両計器、無線受信機、制御ユニット、遮蔽されることが必要な別のコンポーネントから成る群から選択される、
請求項8記載の電気車両のコンポーネント用の電磁遮蔽体の製作方法。 - 電気車両のコンポーネント用の電磁遮蔽体の製作方法であって、前記制御ユニットは、エンジン制御ユニット、コンピュータ装置、変速装置制御ユニット、充電制御ユニットである、
電気車両のコンポーネント用の電磁遮蔽体の製作方法。 - 電気車両のコンポーネント用の電磁遮蔽体の製作方法であって、前記シートは、約1mm〜約2mmの部分壁厚さが得られるよう形成されている、
ことを特徴とする電気車両のコンポーネント用の電気遮蔽体の製作方法。 - 電気車両のコンポーネント用の電磁遮蔽体の製作方法であって、約60体積%〜約40体積%の炭素繊維が前記シート成形組成物中に用いられている、
