Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電池モジュール30の斜視図である。図2は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電池モジュール30の分解斜視図である。
本発明の第2実施形態の電池モジュール30では図5に示すように、検出線53aは、互いに異なる配線長を有する検出線53bおよび53cを有する。検出線53bの配線長は、検出線53cの配線長よりも長い。
本発明の第3実施形態の電池モジュール30では図7に示すように、検出線53aは、互いに異なる配線長を有する検出線53e、53fおよび53gを有する。検出線53fの配線長は検出線53gの配線長よりも長く、検出線53eの配線長は検出線53fの配線長よりも長い。例えば、検出線53eは本発明の「第2検出線」の一例であり、検出線53gは本発明の「第1検出線」の一例である。なお、本実施形態では、グランド層55の導電パターンは、面積率が略均一になるように形成されている。
Claims (3)
- 積層配置される複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの端子側に配置され、前記複数の電池セルの状態を検出するための配線部材と、
を備え、
前記配線部材は、
絶縁性を有する絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の一方面側に配置され、前記複数の電池セルの状態を検出するための複数の検出線を含む配線層と、
前記絶縁層の他方面側において、少なくとも前記配線層に対応する位置に配置され、グランド電位を有するグランド層と、
が積層されており、
前記グランド層は、導電層に複数の貫通孔が形成された前記グランド電位を有する導電パターンであり、
前記導電パターンは、少なくとも1つの前記検出線に対応して配置される第1パターン部と、少なくとも1つの他の前記検出線に対応して配置される第2パターン部とを少なくとも有し、
前記第2パターン部の面積率は、前記第1パターン部の面積率よりも大きいことを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の検出線は、互いに異なる配線長を有し、
前記第1パターン部に対応して配置される前記検出線の配線長は、前記第2パターン部に対応して配置される前記検出線の配線長よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の検出線は、第1検出線と、前記第1検出線に比べて、配線長が長く配線幅が広い第2検出線とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
