Claims (14)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体を収容するモジュールハウジングと、
前記セル積層体の積層方向の一側で前記モジュールハウジングを貫通するスプリンクラーと、
を含み、
前記スプリンクラーは、
前記モジュールハウジングの外側に位置し、冷却流体を供給する供給管と連結されるカプラと、
前記モジュールハウジングの内側に位置し、前記カプラと連結されるスプリンクラーヘッドと、
前記モジュールハウジングに固定される固定部、及び接着層によって前記固定部に固定されて前記スプリンクラーヘッドを覆い、基準温度以上で前記接着層の接着力が喪失または低下することによって前記冷却流体の噴射を妨害しないように前記固定部から分離されるカバー部を含む絶縁カバーと、
を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジングは、
前記セル積層体の下面及び上面をそれぞれ覆う一対のベースカバーと、
前記セル積層体の側面を覆う一対のサイドカバーと、
前記セル積層体の前面を覆うフロントカバーと、
前記セル積層体の後面を覆うリアカバーと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記セル積層体の幅方向の一側及び他側にそれぞれ結合される一対のバスバーフレームを含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記スプリンクラーは、
前記リアカバーの長手方向の一側を貫通し、前記バスバーフレームと前記サイドカバーとの間に形成される空いた空間内に位置する、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記スプリンクラーヘッドは、
前記カプラの冷却流体噴射口を遮断し、前記バッテリーモジュールの内部温度及び気体の流速が基準値以上になると破断して前記冷却流体噴射口を開放するガラスバルブと、
前記ガラスバルブを囲んで前記ガラスバルブを固定するホルディングブラケットと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カバー部は、前記セル積層体及びバスバーフレームと対面する第1領域、及び前記第1領域を除いた残りの第2領域を含み、
前記第1領域は、覆われた面積が開放された面積よりも広く形成され、前記第2領域は、覆われた面積より開放された面積がさらに広く形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1領域は、冷却流体の噴出のための少なくとも一つのカバーホールを備える、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記フロントカバーを貫通して形成される空気入口と、
前記リアカバーを貫通して形成される空気出口と、
前記空気入口及び空気出口の内側に配置され、前記バッテリーモジュール内に流れ込んだ冷却流体との接触によって膨張して前記空気入口及び空気出口を少なくとも部分的に閉鎖する膨張パッドと、
を含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記膨張パッドは、前記モジュールハウジングの内面に取り付けられる、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記膨張パッドは、前記モジュールハウジングの内面に形成された収容溝内に少なくとも一部が挿入される、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記膨張パッドの両側にそれぞれ配置されて前記膨張パッドの膨張のための動きをガイドするメッシュプレートを含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記空気入口及び空気出口は、
前記バスバーフレームとサイドカバーとの間に形成される空いた空間に対応する位置に形成される、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体を収容するモジュールハウジングと、
前記セル積層体の積層方向の一側で前記モジュールハウジングを貫通するスプリンクラーと、
を含み、
前記スプリンクラーは、
前記モジュールハウジングの外側に位置し、冷却流体を供給する供給管と連結されるカプラと、
前記モジュールハウジングの内側に位置し、前記カプラと連結されるスプリンクラーヘッドと、
前記モジュールハウジングに固定される固定部、及び接着層によって前記固定部に固定されて前記スプリンクラーヘッドを覆い、基準温度以上で前記接着層の接着力が喪失または低下することによって前記固定部から分離されるカバー部を含む絶縁カバーと、
を含み、
前記カバー部は、
前記固定部とヒンジ結合され、前記基準温度以上でヒンジ結合部位を中心にして前記スプリンクラーヘッドの下方に回転して開放される、バッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から13のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを複数個含む、エネルギー貯蔵システム。
