Claims (13)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体、及び前記セル積層体の一側と他側にそれぞれ結合される一対のバスバーフレームを含むサブモジュールと、
前記サブモジュールを収容し、空気循環のために形成された空気入口及び空気出口を備えるモジュールハウジングと、
前記セル積層体の積層方向の一側で前記モジュールハウジングを貫通するスプリンクラーと、
前記スプリンクラーを通って前記モジュールハウジング内部に流れ込んだ冷却水の浮力によって動いて前記空気出口を閉鎖する出口閉鎖装置と、
を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記出口閉鎖装置は、
前記モジュールハウジングの内面に形成される固定バーと、
前記固定バーにヒンジ結合される密閉ドアと、
前記密閉ドアに取り付けられる浮力部材と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記固定バーは、少なくとも二つ以上のガイド溝を備え、
前記密閉ドアは、前記ガイド溝の個数に対応する個数の摺動ボールを備え、
前記摺動ボールは、前記ガイド溝に挿入されて前記ガイド溝の延長方向に沿ってその動きがガイドされる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ガイド溝は、前記空気出口に向かう方向に沿って上向きに傾いた形態を有する、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記空気出口は、前記モジュールハウジングを貫通して形成された複数の孔を含み、
前記密閉ドアは、前記孔に対応する形状及びサイズを有する複数の挿入突起を備える、請求項2から4のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記空気入口の内側に配置され、前記バッテリーモジュール内に流れ込んだ冷却流体との接触によって膨張して前記空気入口を少なくとも部分的に閉鎖する膨張パッドを含む、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記膨張パッドは、前記モジュールハウジングの内面に取り付けられる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記膨張パッドは、前記モジュールハウジングの内面に形成された収容溝内に少なくとも一部が挿入される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記膨張パッドの両側にそれぞれ配置されて前記膨張パッドの膨張のための動きをガイドするメッシュプレートを含む、請求項6から8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記モジュールハウジング内の空いた空間に配置されて前記モジュールハウジングの内部温度の上昇によって熱膨張する熱膨張ブロックを含む、請求項1から9のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記スプリンクラーは、
前記モジュールハウジングの外側に位置し、冷却流体を供給する供給管と連結されるカプラと、
前記モジュールハウジングの内側に位置し、前記カプラと連結されるスプリンクラーヘッドと、
前記モジュールハウジングに固定される固定部、及び接着層によって前記固定部に固定されて基準温度以上で前記接着層の接着力が喪失または低下することによって前記固定部から分離されるカバー部を含む絶縁カバーと、
を含む、請求項1から10のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カバー部は、
前記固定部とヒンジ結合され、前記基準温度以上でヒンジ結合部位を中心にして前記スプリンクラーヘッドの下方に回転して開放される、請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から12のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを複数個含む、エネルギー貯蔵システム。
