Abstract
Description

Claims (16)
- バッテリ用のハウジング(1)であって、筐体(2)と、破裂キャップ(7)を備えた少なくとも1つの破裂装置(5)とを含み、前記破裂装置は、前記筐体に形成された開口部(3)の位置に取り付けられ、前記破裂キャップ(7)は、前記ハウジングの外側に位置するその外面(8)に過圧が加えられたときに破損するように構成されている、ハウジング(1)。
- 前記破裂キャップ(7)は、前記ハウジングの内側で凹状であり、前記ハウジングの外側で凸状である、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- - 前記破裂キャップ(7)はディスクの形をし、および/または
- 前記破裂キャップ(7)は、鋼、例えば316タイプのステンレス鋼でできている、請求項1または2に記載のハウジング。 - 前記破裂装置(5)は、内側支持体(9)および外側支持体(11)をさらに含み、前記破裂キャップ(7)は、前記内側支持体(9)と前記外側支持体(11)との間に挿入され、前記内側支持体は、前記破裂キャップの内面(6)の周辺部分に接して配置され、前記外側支持体は、前記破裂キャップの前記外面(8)の周辺部分に接して配置され、前記内側支持体および前記外側支持体は、前記破裂キャップの中央部分が露出するように穴が開けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 前記内側支持体(9)は鋼、例えば316タイプのステンレス鋼でできている、および/または前記外側支持体(11)は鋼、例えば316タイプのステンレス鋼でできている、請求項4に記載のハウジング。
- 前記破裂装置(5)を前記ハウジングの前記筐体(2)に固定するための手段をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 前記固定手段は、引き抜き式の方法によって得られた固定部品(13)を含む、請求項6に記載のハウジング。
- 前記固定部品(13)は鋼、例えばDX56タイプの鋼でできている、請求項7に記載のハウジング。
- 前記固定部品(13)と前記ハウジングの前記筐体(2)との間に配置されることを意図した、特にOリングシールタイプのシール(15)をさらに含む、請求項7または8に記載のハウジング。

- 前記破裂装置(5)の前記破裂キャップ(7)に、前記内側支持体(9)および前記外側支持体(11)を、特にレーザーにより溶接するステップを含む、請求項4から10のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング(1)を製造する方法。
- - 前記固定部品(13)を、特にレーザーにより前記破裂装置(5)に溶接するステップ、および/または
- 少なくとも前記固定部品(13)および任意選択で前記破裂装置(5)の電気泳動法のステップ、を含む、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング(1)を製造するための、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記破裂キャップ(7)の破裂を引き起こすように前記破裂装置(5)に過圧を印加するステップを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング(1)に消火液を導入する方法。
