i)生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル65重量部−95重量部と、
ii)ポリ乳酸5重量部−35重量部と、
iii)有機フィラー及び/又は無機フィラー5重量部−25重量部とを含む。
前記離型剤は、シリコーンオイル、パラフィン、ホワイトミネラルオイル、ワセリンのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記界面活性剤は、ポリソルベート、パルミテート又はラウレートのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記ワックスは、エルカ酸アミド、ステアリン酸アミド、ベヘン酸アミド、蜜蝋又は蜜蝋エステルのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記帯電防止剤は永久帯電防止剤であり、具体的には、PELESTAT−230、PELESTAT−6500、SUNNICO ASA−2500のうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物が挙げられ、
前記染料は、カーボンブラック、ブラックマスターバッチ、チタン白、硫化亜鉛、フタロシアニンブルー、蛍光オレンジのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物である。
前記UV吸収剤は、UV−944、UV−234、UV531、UV326のうちの1種又は複数種であり、
前記UV安定剤は、UV−123、UV−3896、UV−328のうちの1種又は複数種であり、
前記その他プラスチック添加剤は、成核剤、防曇剤、潤滑剤(たとえば、ステアリン酸カルシウム)等であってもよい。
本発明では、堆肥テストのかわりに、熱酸化老化テストを用いて生分解性ポリエステル組成物の分解速度を評定した。実験した結果、生分解性ポリエステル組成物は正常に堆肥する場合の分解時間に対応した熱酸化老化時間が約30〜45日間であり、この時間範囲以外では、生分解性ポリエステル組成物の分解速度の過不足を示す。
生分解性ポリエステル組成物を真空化されていないアルミ箔袋に入れてシールし、アルミ箔袋を70℃の熱風オーブンに入れて、熱酸化老化テストを行い、3日間おきにサンプリングして、サンプルのメルトインデックス(190℃/2.16kg、ISO 1133に準じる)をテストした。サンプルのメルトインデックスが生分解性ポリエステル組成物の正常なメルトインデックスの範囲を超えると、生分解性ポリエステル組成物は明らかな熱酸化老化分解が発生したことを示し、生分解性ポリエステル組成物が明らかな熱酸化老化分解を発生させるテスト時点を記録した。
GB/T2410−2008による透明プラスチックの透光率とヘイズの測定を参照して、本発明に係る生分解性ポリエステル組成物のヘイズと透光率の測定には、厚み12μmの単層膜を用いてテストした。
1.2000g±0.005gの生分解性ポリエステル組成物を正確に秤量して、スタティックヘッドスペースサンプラーに投入し、スタティックヘッドスペース方法によって生分解性ポリエステル組成物におけるスチレンのピーク面積をテストし、生分解性ポリエステル組成物におけるスチレンのピーク面積とスチレンの検量線に基づき、生分解性ポリエステル組成物におけるスチレンの重量含有量を算出し、スチレン検量線をスチレン/メタノール溶液で較正した。
スタティックヘッドスペース用装置の型番及びパラメータは以下のとおりである。
Agilent Technologies 7697Headspace Sampler;
Agilent Technologies 7890AGC System;
カラム:J&W 122−7032:250℃:30mx250μmx0.25μm;
試料注入:前SS試料注入口N2;
排出:前検出器FID。
Claims (10)
- 生分解性ポリエステル組成物であって、成分として、
i)生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル60重量部−100重量部と、
ii)ポリ乳酸0−40重量部と、
iii)有機フィラー及び/又は無機フィラー0−35重量部とを含むことを特徴とする生分解性ポリエステル組成物。 - 生分解性ポリエステル組成物の全重量に対して、スチレンの重量含有量は0.1ppm−30ppm、好ましくは0.5ppm−10ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 1.2000g±0.005gの生分解性ポリエステル組成物を正確に秤量して、スタティックヘッドスペースサンプラーに投入し、スタティックヘッドスペース方法によって生分解性ポリエステル組成物におけるスチレンのピーク面積をテストし、生分解性ポリエステル組成物におけるスチレンのピーク面積とスチレンの検量線に基づき、生分解性ポリエステル組成物におけるスチレンの重量含有量を算出し、スチレン検量線をスチレン/メタノール溶液で較正する方法によって、前記スチレンの重量含有量をテストすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 成分として、
i)生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル65重量部−95重量部と、
ii)ポリ乳酸5重量部−35重量部と、
iii)有機フィラー及び/又は無機フィラー5重量部−25重量部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。 - 前記生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステルは、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレートPBAT、ポリブチレンサクシネートテレフタレートPBST、ポリブチレンセバケートテレフタレートPBSeTから選ばれる1種又は複数種ことを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 前記有機フィラーは、天然澱粉、可塑化澱粉、変性澱粉、天然繊維、木粉から選ばれる1種又は複数種、前記無機フィラーは、タルク粉、モンモリロナイト、カオリン、チョーク、炭酸カルシウム、グラファイト、石膏、導電性カーボンブラック、塩化カルシウム、酸化鉄、ドロマイト、シリカ、珪灰石、二酸化チタン、ケイ酸塩、雲母、ガラス繊維、鉱物繊維から選ばれる1種又は複数種であることを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- さらに、可塑剤、離型剤、界面活性剤、ワックス、帯電防止剤、染料、抗UV助剤又はその他プラスチック添加剤の少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 前記生分解性ポリエステル組成物の透光率は88.5−94.0であることを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 前記生分解性ポリエステル組成物のヘイズは28.59−33.45であることを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 前記生分解性ポリエステル組成物の熱酸化老化時間は30−45日間であることを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
