Abstract
Description
物質が供給される入口と、処理された物質の残余を回収するための底部出口と、物質の処理から生じたガスを抽出するための頂部出口とを備える筐体と;
筐体の入口と底部出口との間で物質を搬送するための搬送手段であって、回転軸線の周りにおいて筐体内で回転するように取り付けられたスクリューを備え、スクリューを回転駆動させるための駆動手段を有する、前記搬送手段と;
ジュール効果によってスクリューを加熱するためのヒーター手段と;
熱処理される物質から生じるガスに存在する不純物を除去するための不純物除去ユニットであって、筐体の頂部出口に接続されている前記不純物除去ユニットと;
ガスを精製するための精製システムであって、前記除去ユニットの出口において前記除去ユニットに接続されている、前記精製システムとを備える前記装置を提供する。
Claims (19)
- 分割された固形分の物質を熱処理することによってメタンガス(G)を生成するための装置であって:
物質が供給される入口(4)と、処理された物質の残余を回収するための底部出口(6)と、前記物質の処理から生じたガスを抽出するための頂部出口(11)とを備える筐体(1)と;
前記筐体の入口と前記底部出口との間に前記物質を搬送するための搬送手段であって、回転軸線(X)の周りにおいて前記筐体内で回転するように取り付けられたスクリュー(10)を備え、前記スクリューを回転駆動させるための駆動手段を有する、前記搬送手段と;
ジュール効果によって前記スクリューを加熱するためのヒーター手段と;
熱処理される前記物質から生じるガスに存在する不純物を除去するための不純物除去ユニット(12)であって、前記筐体の前記頂部出口に接続されている前記不純物除去ユニットと;
前記ガスを精製するための精製システム(21)であって、前記除去ユニットの出口において前記除去ユニットに接続されている前記精製システムと
を備える、前記装置。 - 空気が前記筐体に入ることを制限するように前記筐体の前記入口に接続するための漏れ防止接続手段(2)を備えており、前記筐体の前記入口(4)に接続されている、入口煙突(5)を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 空気が前記筐体に入ることを制限するように前記筐体の前記底部出口に接続するための漏れ防止接続手段(8)を備えており、前記筐体の前記底部出口(4)に接続されている、出口煙突(7)を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記不純物除去ユニット(12)が、前記ガスを分解するための分解手段(13)を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記不純物除去ユニット(12)が、前記ガスの汚染凝縮物を凝縮するための凝縮手段を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記不純物除去ユニット(12)が、前記ガスに存在するダスト及び固体粒子を濾過するためのフィルタ手段(19)を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ手段(19)が、前記分解手段の出口又は前記凝縮手段の出口に接続されている、請求項4〜6に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ手段(19)が、高温サイクロン又は高温セラミックフィルタを備える、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記精製システムが、少なくとも2つの別個の精製ステージを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記精製システムが、少なくとも3つの精製ステージを備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記精製システム(21)が、海面位で測定される大気圧より低い圧力で前記ガスの凝縮可能相を凝縮するための凝縮手段(23)を備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記凝縮手段(23)が、0.04バール(4kPa)〜0.3バール(30kPa)の範囲にある圧力で前記凝縮可能相からの前記ガスの分離を確保するように形成されている、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記精製システム(21)が、圧力スイング吸着装置(24)を備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力スイング吸着装置(24)が、前記凝縮手段(23)の出口に接続されている、請求項11又は請求項12及び請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記精製システム(21)が、濾過機(26)を備える、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記濾過機(26)が膜分離機である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記濾過機(26)が、前記圧力スイング吸着装置(24)の出口に接続されている、請求項13又は請求項14及び請求項15又は請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体(1)に供給される前記物質が、SRFタイプ又はポリマー材料タイプである、前記請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の装置の適用。
- 分割された固形分の物質を、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の装置によって熱処理することによってメタンガス(G)を生成する方法であって、前記筐体(1)に、SRF又はポリマー材料からなる物質が供給される、前記方法。
