Description
Claims (13)
- 処理されるべきガスを導入する取入口(4;104)、および、前記ガスを当該囲繞体から放出する吐出口(5;105)を含む垂直な管状囲繞体(2;102)と、
前記囲繞体の内側にて垂直に且つ前記囲繞体と同軸的に延在する加熱管を備えて成る、前記ガスを加熱する加熱手段であって、該加熱管は、その底端部が閉じられるべく成形されるとともに、該底端部が前記囲繞体の内側に配置される様に、且つ、当該加熱手段のバーナー(13;113)であって前記囲繞体の外部に配置されるバーナーに対して該加熱管の頂端部が接続される様に構成される加熱管(9;109)である、加熱手段と、
前記処理されるべきガス内に含まれる不要な固体粒子を除去する除去手段と、
を備えて成り、
前記除去手段は、前記囲繞体(102)の内側において該囲繞体(102)に対し且つ前記加熱管(109)に対して同軸的に垂直に延在するフィルタ(116)を備えて成り、前記加熱管は前記囲繞体内の前記フィルタの内側に延在する、
分解炉(1;101)。 - 前記囲繞体(2;102)は、円形断面であるべく成形される、請求項1記載の分解炉(1;101)。
- 前記加熱管(9;109)は、円形断面であるべく成形される、請求項1または2に記載の分解炉(1;101)。
- 前記取入口(4)は、前記処理されるべきガスを、前記囲繞体(2)の内側壁に沿って該囲繞体(2)内へと進入させるべく配置される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の分解炉(1)。
- 前記加熱管(9;109)はセラミック系である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の分解炉(1;101)。
- 前囲繞体(2;102)の少なくともひとつの内側壁は耐火材料で作成される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の分解炉(1;101)。
- 前記耐火材料はセラミック系である、請求項6記載の分解炉(1;101)。
- 前記セラミックはアルミナを含む、請求項7記載の分解炉(1;101)。
- 前記耐火材料はコンクリート系である、請求項6記載の分解炉(1;101)。
- 前記フィルタ(116)はセラミック系である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の分解炉(101)。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記バーナー(13;113)に対して燃料供給するために、当該分解炉の前記吐出口(5;105)からのガスの一部を取り込むべく成形される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の分解炉(1;101)。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の分解炉(1;101)と、前記分解炉の前記取入口(4;104)に対して接続された吐出口を有すると共に、バイオマスおよび/または廃棄物を加熱処理するデバイスとを備えて成る、アセンブリ。
- 加熱処理のための前記デバイスは、ハウジングと、該ハウジングの取入口と吐出口との間においてバイオマスおよび/または廃棄物を搬送する手段とを備えて成り、前記手段は、前記ハウジング内で回転軸心回りで回転すべく取付けられたスクリュと、該スクリュを回転させる回転駆動手段とを備えて成り、前記デバイスは更に、前記スクリュをジュール効果により加熱する加熱手段を備えて成る、請求項12記載のアセンブリ。
