Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement thermique d'un produit comportant : - une enceinte (2), - un convoyeur du produit entre une entrée de l'enceinte et une sortie de l'enceinte qui comprend une vis (10) montée pour tourner dans l'enceinte selon un axe géométrique de rotation et qui comprend un actionneur d'entraînement en rotation de la vis selon ledit axe, - un chauffage par effet Joule de la vis. Selon l'invention, l'enceinte comprend une enveloppe (12) en matériau réfractaire à travers laquelle s'étend la vis, ladite enveloppe étant conformée en un tube dont une surface interne principale suit des contours de la vis. L'invention concerne également une utilisation d'un tel dispositif.
