Claims (12)
- 物質を熱処理に供するための装置であって、前記装置は、
エンクロージャ(2)と、
前記エンクロージャの入口と前記エンクロージャの出口との間で前記物質を移送するためのコンベヤであって、前記コンベヤは、回転軸線を中心にして前記エンクロージャの内部で回転するように取り付けられたスクリュー(10)と、前記回転軸線を中心に回転して前記スクリューを駆動するためのアクチュエータとを有し、かつ、前記スクリュー自体は回転シャフトを有さない、コンベヤと、
前記スクリューのジュール効果の加熱部とを備える、装置において、
前記エンクロージャは、そこを通って延びる前記スクリューを有する耐火材料のエンベロープ(12)を備え、前記エンベロープは、前記スクリューの輪郭に続く主内面を有する管として成形されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記エンベロープ(12)は耐火セラミック製である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記エンベロープ(12)は中空円筒の形状である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記エンベロープ(12)の内側半径が、前記スクリュー(10)の外側半径よりも1mm〜20mmの範囲の値だけ大きい、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記エンベロープ(12)の前記内側半径が、前記スクリュー(10)の前記外側半径よりも、5mm〜15mmの範囲の値だけ大きい、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記エンベロープ(12)は、連続した複数のセグメント(13)から構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のセグメント(13)は、互いに係合するように成形されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記エンクロージャ(2)は、前記エンベロープ(12)を包囲し、かつ、前記エンベロープの形状に適合するように、少なくとも内側において成形されている外側ケーシング(16)を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記外側ケーシング(16)が中空円筒として成形されている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記エンクロージャ(2)が、前記エンベロープを囲む熱絶縁材料からなるブランケット(174)を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 800℃より高い温度で物質を熱処理するための請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
- 前記装置は、物質と、800℃より高い温度で分解する前記物質に付随する気体とに熱処理を加えるために使用される、請求項11に記載の使用。
