Claims (10)
- 連続的に送り込まれる編組コア体であって当該編組コア体の長手方向に断面が変化する編組コア体の周りに編組するための編機、特に丸編機であって、少なくとも二つの編糸ボビンと、編組コア体上における編糸の載着位置と編糸ボビンとの間に設けられた編組リングとを有し、当該編組リングの内側表面上を編糸がガイドされるとともに、当該編組リングが複数の調整可能なセグメントからなり、それぞれ調整できる編組リングのセグメントが専用の調整装置を有する編機において、
各調整装置(14)は、他のセグメント(11a〜11f)の調整装置(14)とは独立に駆動制御可能とされていることを特徴とする編機。 - 請求項1に記載の編機において、編組リング(11)が六個のセグメント(11a〜11f)に分割されており、これらのセグメント(11a〜11f)が交互に二つの平行な平面内に配設されていることを特徴とする編機。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載の編機において、各セグメント(11a〜11f)は、一方の端部(12)において回転可能に支承されており、他方の自由端部が後続のセグメント(11a〜11f)に重なることを特徴とする編機。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載の編機において、セグメント(11a〜11f)は、湾曲していることを特徴とする編機。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載の編機において、各セグメント(11a〜11f)は、縦溝(18)を有し、この縦溝の中に調整装置(14)が移動可能に係合していることを特徴とする編機。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載の編機において、縦溝(18)は、窄んだ上側の周縁部(19)を有していることを特徴とする編機。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載の編機において、調整装置(14)は、シリンダ・ピストン・ユニットからなり、ピストンロッドの自由端部が対応するセグメント(11a〜11f)の縦溝(18)内をスライドすることを特徴とする編機。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の編機において、調整装置(14)は、電子機械的な主軸駆動部からなり、主軸(20)の自由端部が、対応するセグメント(11a〜11f)の縦溝(18)内をスライドすることを特徴とする編機。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載の編機において、全ての調整装置(14)が共通の保持リング(16)に支持されていることを特徴とする編機。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載の編機において、一つ置きのセグメント(11b,11d,11f)と、その対応する調整装置(14)がスペーサブシュ(17)を介して保持リング(16)に固定されていることを特徴とする編機。
