センサ装置、特に圧力センサ装置と、
電圧供給部とを少なくとも備えた、

Claims (12)
- 2つの切り替え弁(10、12)と、
制御装置(14)と、
センサ装置(20)と、
電圧供給部(24)とを備える、圧力制御装置。 - 流体圧システムを常に調節するための、請求項1に記載の圧力制御装置であって、
電子的なスイッチ(26)を備える弁ドライバによって駆動可能な、2つの着座密の切り替え弁(10、12)であって、前記スイッチが、制御装置(14)の構成要素としてのトランジスタ、好ましくは電界効果トランジスタ(FET)によって駆動され、前記制御装置が2つの個別の制御器(PID)を有し、そのうちの一方が、それぞれの切り替え弁(10、12)のための圧力減少機能を、そして他方が圧力制限機能を制御する、前記2つの着座密の切り替え弁と、
センサ装置(20)と、
上述したコンポーネントのための電圧供給部(24)とを備える、圧力制御装置。 - 圧力制御装置が、無段階に電気的に調節可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧力制御装置。
- それぞれの切り替え弁(10、12)が着座密に形成されており、好ましくは2/2ルート切り替え弁を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。
- それぞれの切り替え弁(10、12)が、弁ドライバ(26、28)によって駆動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 制御装置(14)が、好ましくはマイクロプロセッサ(μc)の形態の、計算機(16)を有し、前記計算機が好ましくは制御アルゴリズムとして少なくとも1つのPID制御を実現する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 着座密の切り替え弁(10、12)が、圧力制御装置の制御エッジを形成し、一方の制御エッジ(10)が圧力減少の機能を引き受け、他方の制御エッジ(12)が圧力制限の機能を引き受ける、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。
- センサ装置(20)が、圧力制御装置に接続されている、油圧シリンダ又は流体モータのような負荷において実際支配している圧力値(p)を検出し、前記圧力値が制御装置(14)内へ読み込まれて、あらかじめ定めることのできる目標値と比較され、かつ、
目標値と実際値の間に生じるエラー(e)に従って、制御装置(14)の制御アルゴリズムが、最小の制御偏差において所望の目標値へ達するために、それぞれの弁(10、12)を開放するように2つの切り替え弁(10、12)のどの制御エッジを選択すべきかを決定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。 - それぞれの切り替え弁(10、12)のための弁ドライバが、操作磁石のような、電磁的な操作装置を備え、前記操作装置が、電気的な電圧供給部(24)に接続されているスイッチ(26)を介して駆動可能であり、かつ、
制御装置(14)の制御アルゴリズムが、スイッチ(26)のためのそれぞれのオン長さを定める、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。 - それぞれの油圧負荷が圧力供給導管(18)に接続されており、前記圧力供給導管が2つの切り替え弁(10、12)の間の油圧接続導管(42)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 圧力制御装置(14)が2つの個別の制御器(PID)を有し、そのうちの一方がそれぞれの弁(10、12)のための圧力減少機能を、そして他方が圧力制限機能を制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 着座密の2/2ルート切り替え弁によって、比例弁の弁特性が実現される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御装置。
