Description

Claims (76)
- a)繊維複合プラスチックからなる少なくとも1つの基体を設けるステップと、
b)少なくとも1つの装飾フィルムを設けるステップと、
c)前記少なくとも1つの基体を加熱するステップと、
d)金型において、前記少なくとも1つの基体の少なくとも1つのエリアを前記少なくとも1つの装飾フィルムに結合させるステップと、を備える、
ことを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の製造方法。 - ステップd)では、前記金型において、前記装飾フィルム(2)を前記基体(1)に形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾フィルムは、ロール製品として設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾フィルムは、前記形成前、打抜かれ又は切取られていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記形成前、前記装飾フィルムは、例えば、ローラ対ローラエンボス加工、カレンダー加工、又は、圧縮成形加工により基体に塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。

- 前記プラスチック成形品は、少なくとも1つの注入プラスチックエレメントからなり、前記注入プラスチックエレメントは熱可塑性物質からなり、前記熱可塑性物質は、ポリオレフィン、ビニルポリマー、ポリアクリル酸塩、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリ尿素、ポリイミド、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリスチレン、ポリヒダントイン(polyhydantoins)、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリアーレンスルフィド(polyarylene sulfides)、ポリスルホン、ポリカーボネイト、PMMA、SAN、TPO、TPU、及び、POMからなる群から選択され、好ましくは、PA66、PA6、PA12、PPA、PP、PPS、TPU、及び、PCからなる群から選択され、特に好ましくは、TPU、PA6、及び、PCからなる群から選択され、又は、これらの組み合わせからなり、前記ビニルポリマーは、ポリビニルハロゲン化合物(polyvinyl halides)、ポリビニルエステル、ポリビニルエーテルからなる群から選択され、前記熱可塑性物質は、例えば、耐燃性であることを特徴とする請求項25〜52のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプラスチックエレメントは、前記基体のプラスチックマトリックスと同じプラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項54に記載のプラスチック成形品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプラスチックエレメントの前記材料は、添加物、例えば、20m%〜60m%の好ましい充填量のガラス、炭素若しくは天然繊維、銅、酸化アルミニウム、グラファイト、流動性を向上させる物質、UV安定剤、難燃剤、フォーマー(formers)、静電荷を散らす物質若しくは電気伝導性経路を形成する物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項54又は55に記載のプラスチック成形品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプラスチックエレメントの前記材料は、着色剤、例えば、多色若しくは無彩色顔料及び/又は効果顔料、薄膜層システム、コレステリック液晶、染料及び/又は金属若しくは非金属ナノ粒子を備えることを特徴とする請求項54〜56のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプラスチックエレメントは、前記基体のエッジエリアを囲むことを特徴とする請求項54〜57のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプラスチックエレメントは、強化エレメント、例えばリブ体若しくはドーム、及び/又は、固定エレメント、例えばクリップ、ロックフック、スナップフック、ブラケット、スクリュー開口、ロック開口、スプリング、溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項54〜58のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック成形品。
- 特に、請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載の方法によりプラスチック成形品を製造するための金型であって、
前記プラスチック成形品は、第1金型半体と、第2金型半体とを有し、閉じた状態で、前記第1金型半体と前記第2金型半体との間にキャビティが形成され、前記キャビティは、前記プラスチック成形品の形状を補完し、前記キャビティに対向する前記金型の前記表面の少なくとも1つのエリアは、前記金型を閉じたとき、前記金型に挿入される基体を形成する形成面と、前記金型に挿入される装飾フィルムと、として形成され、前記キャビティの部分エリアは、前記形成された基体にプラスチックエレメントを注入するための金型キャビティとして形成されることを特徴とする金型。 - 少なくとも1つの金型半体は、射出成形化合物を前記金型キャビティに注入するための少なくとも1つのランナーを備えることを特徴とする請求項60に記載の金型。
- 前記少なくとも1つのランナーは、ホットランナー又はコールドランナーとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項61に記載の金型。
- 前記少なくとも1つのランナーは、前記キャビティに対して移動することのできるエレメントを備え、前記エレメントにより、前記基体を超えて突出する前記装飾フィルムの部分エリアを突破することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項61又は62に記載の金型。
- 少なくとも1つの金型半体は、前記基体及び/又は前記装飾フィルムのための保持装置を備え、前記保持装置は、例えばクランプ装置又は吸引装置であることを特徴とする請求項60〜63のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 少なくとも1つの金型半体は、前記キャビティを密封するための密封エレメントを備えることを特徴とする請求項60〜64のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 少なくとも1つの金型半体は、前記装飾フィルムの部分エリアを分離及び/又は前記装飾フィルムの部分エリアに穴を開けるためのスタンプ装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項60〜65のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 少なくとも1つの金型半体は、前記キャビティに取り込まれた前記材料の温度制御のための温度制御装置を備え、前記温度制御装置は、例えば、少なくとも1つの温度制御媒体チャンネル及び/又は少なくとも1つの電気温度制御装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項60〜66のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 少なくとも1つの金型半体は、前記金型キャビティに対して移動可能であり、前記金型キャビティに挿入可能な少なくとも1つのスライドを備えることを特徴とする請求項60〜67のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 少なくとも1つの金型半体は、前記完成プラスチック成形部を排出するための少なくとも1つのエジェクタエレメント、例えば、エジェクタピンを備えることを特徴とする請求項60〜68のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記金型は、電気、水力、又は、空気圧圧縮装置に組み込まれ、前記圧縮装置により、前記金型半体は、互いに近づき、互いに押し付け合うことを特徴とする請求項60〜69のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記形成面のエリアにおける前記金型の抜き勾配は、2°より大きい角度を有することを特徴とする請求項60〜70のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記形成面のエリアにおける前記金型の内側半径は、前記基体の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項60〜71のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記形成面のエリアにおける前記金型の外側半径は、前記形成面のエリアにおける前記金型の内側半径と、前記基体の厚さとの合計よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項60〜72のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記金型キャビティのエリアにおける前記金型の抜き勾配は、0.5°より大きい角度を有することを特徴とする請求項60〜73のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記形成面は、少なくとも部分的に等方性又は異方性表面構造を有することを特徴とする請求項60〜74のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記金型は、前記金型に対して前記装飾フィルムを搬送するためのコンベアを備えることを特徴とする請求項60〜75のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
