Claims (7)
- プリプレグから繊維強化プラスチック結合体を製造する方法であって、
常温を越えて前記プリプレグの硬化温度未満であり大気圧より減圧された雰囲気において前記プリプレグを加熱し、
前記加熱する工程により得られた半製品を互いに、または他の部品と、仮結合し、
前記仮結合された半製品を前記硬化温度以上に保持して硬化させる、
ことを含む、方法であって、
前記加熱する工程は、30℃以上100℃未満である第1の雰囲気に前記プリプレグを保持する第1の加熱を実施し、前記第1の加熱の後、150℃以上であって前記硬化温度未満である第2の雰囲気に前記プリプレグを保持する第2の加熱を実施する、ことを含む、方法。 - 前記プリプレグは、ポリイミド系樹脂を含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記プリプレグは、N-メチル-2-ピロリドンを含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記加熱する工程において、前記プリプレグは成型のための型に沿わされ、以って前記プリプレグは前記型に倣って成型される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記加熱する工程の前に、前記プリプレグを多孔質のフィルムの間に挟み、前記フィルムと共に前記プリプレグを通気体の間にさらに挟み、前記通気体および前記フィルムと共に前記プリプレグを非通気性のバッグに封入し、
前記バッグ内を減圧し、以って前記雰囲気を大気圧より減圧する、
ことをさらに含む、請求項1の方法。 - 前記第1の加熱と前記第2の加熱とは連続的に実施される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記第1の加熱において、前記プリプレグを前記第1の雰囲気に30分以上24時間以下の間保持する、請求項1の方法。
