Abstract
Description
i)生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル60−100重量部と、
ii)ポリ乳酸0−40重量部と、
iii)有機フィラー及び/又は無機フィラー0−35重量部と、
iv)エポキシ基を有し、スチレン、アクリレート及び/又はメタクリレートに基づく共重合体0−1重量部とを含む。
i)生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル65−95重量部と、
ii)ポリ乳酸5−35重量部と、
iii)有機フィラー及び/又は無機フィラー5−25重量部と、
iv)エポキシ基を有し、スチレン、アクリレート及び/又はメタクリレートに基づく共重合体0.02−0.5重量部とを含む。
前記離型剤は、シリコーンオイル、パラフィン、ホワイトミネラルオイル、ワセリンのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記界面活性剤は、ポリソルベート、パルミテート又はラウレートのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記ワックスは、エルカ酸アミド、ステアリン酸アミド、ベヘン酸アミド、蜜蝋又は蜜蝋エステルのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記帯電防止剤は永久帯電防止剤であり、具体的には、PELESTAT−230、PELESTAT−6500、SUNNICO ASA−2500のうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物が挙げられ、
前記染料は、カーボンブラック、ブラックマスターバッチ、チタン白、硫化亜鉛、フタロシアニンブルー、蛍光オレンジのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物である。
前記UV安定剤は、UV−123、UV−3896、UV−328のうちの1種又は複数種であり、
前記その他プラスチック添加剤は成核剤、防曇剤等であってもよい。
生分解性ポリエステル組成物を真空化されていないアルミ箔袋に入れてシールし、アルミ箔袋を70℃の熱風オーブンに入れて、熱酸化老化テストを行い、3日間おきにサンプリングして、サンプルのメルトインデックス(190℃/2.16kg、ISO 1133に準じる)をテストした。サンプルのメルトインデックスが生分解性ポリエステル組成物の正常なメルトインデックスの範囲を超えると、生分解性ポリエステル組成物は明らかな熱酸化老化分解が発生したことを示し、生分解性ポリエステル組成物が明らかな熱酸化老化分解を発生させるテスト時点を記録し、テスト時間が短いほど、生分解性ポリエステル組成物の耐熱酸化老化性が悪いことを示す。
2mmのカラーシートを射出成形して、95℃、95%のエタノール溶液に入れ、240h蒸煮後、環境温度(23±2)℃、相対湿度45%−55%の標準実験室に置き、48h調整後、色差計を用いてカラーシートの処理前後のL値の変化ΔLを測定した。ΔLは大きいほど、表面析出物は多く、表面の外観は悪い。
生分解性ポリエステル組成物1.2000gを正確に秤量して、25mlメスフラスコに投入し、クロロホルムを加えて溶解して、生分解性ポリエステル組成物が完全に溶解すると定容した。調製した溶液における環状エステル化物のピーク面積をGC−MSによってテストし、調製した溶液における環状エステル化物のピーク面積と環状エステル化物の検量線に基づき、生分解性ポリエステル組成物における環状エステル化物の含有量を算出した。検量線を環状エステル化物/クロロホルム溶液で較正した。

2mmのカラーシートを射出成形して、40℃、95%のエタノール溶液に入れ、240h蒸煮後、環境温度(23±2)℃、相対湿度45%−55%の標準実験室に置き、48h調整後、色差計を用いてカラーシートの処理前後のL値の変化ΔLを測定した。ΔLは大きいほど、表面析出物は多く、表面の外観は悪い。
Claims (9)
- 生分解性ポリエステル組成物であって、成分として、
i)生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル60−100重量部と、
ii)ポリ乳酸0−40重量部と、
iii)有機フィラー及び/又は無機フィラー0−35重量部と、
iv)エポキシ基を有し、スチレン、アクリレート及び/又はメタクリレートに基づく共重合体0−1重量部を含むことを特徴とする生分解性ポリエステル組成物。 - 成分として、
i)生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル65−95重量部と、
ii)ポリ乳酸5−35重量部と、
iii)有機フィラー及び/又は無機フィラー5−25重量部と、
iv)エポキシ基を有し、スチレン、アクリレート及び/又はメタクリレートに基づく共重合体0.02−0.5重量部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。 - 生分解性ポリエステル組成物1.2000gを正確に秤量して、25mlメスフラスコに投入し、クロロホルムを加えて溶解して、生分解性ポリエステル組成物が完全に溶解すると定容し、調製した溶液における環状エステル化物のピーク面積をGC−MSによってテストし、調製した溶液における環状エステル化物のピーク面積と環状エステル化物の検量線に基づき、生分解性ポリエステル組成物における環状エステル化物の含有量を算出し、検量線を環状エステル化物/クロロホルム溶液で較正する方法によって、前記環状エステル化物の重量含有量をテストすることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 前記生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステルは、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレートPBAT、ポリブチレンサクシネートテレフタレートPBST又はポリブチレンセバケートテレフタレートPBSeTのうちの1種又は複数種であることを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 前記有機フィラーは、天然澱粉、可塑化澱粉、変性澱粉、天然繊維又は木粉から選ばれる1種又はそれらの混合物、前記無機フィラーはタルク粉、モンモリロナイト、カオリン、チョーク、炭酸カルシウム、グラファイト、石膏、導電性カーボンブラック、塩化カルシウム、酸化鉄、ドロマイト、シリカ、珪灰石、二酸化チタン、ケイ酸塩、雲母、ガラス繊維又は鉱物繊維から選ばれる1種又はそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- さらに、可塑剤、離型剤、界面活性剤、ワックス、帯電防止剤、染料、UV吸収剤、UV安定剤又はその他プラスチック添加剤のうちの少なくとも1種を0−4部含むことを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 前記生分解性ポリエステル組成物を真空化されていなアルミ箔袋に入れてシールして、アルミ箔袋を70℃の熱風オーブンに入れて熱酸化老化テストを10日間以上行うことを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
- 前記生分解性ポリエステル組成物は、95%エタノールを用いて40℃で240h煮た後のΔL値が<0.80であることを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載の生分解性ポリエステル組成物。
